I don’t leave negative reviews very often because I understand that things can happen and mistakes are made. Unfortunately this location is consistently bad enough to the point when I can count on them messing up an order, not having ingredients, or just being rude.I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this location for the past six months. I’m not sure if it is a management issue or what, but it seems like only one or two of the workers ever know what they are doing.One of my recent trips they didn’t have white rice (was told it would be a 35 min wait because “they just hadn’t made it”), no steak (same reason), no fajita veggies and their drink machine had no carbonation and no sweet tea.I’ve had them serve me EIGHT chips (I counted) and when I complained they said it was because they ran out of chips… but still charged me full price of course.I’ve been standing in line ordering and asked for lettuce while looking at the lettuce on the bar and they have told me “only online orders”The app is never updated.Today I arrived at the location and they were out of cheese, fajita veggies and guacamole.It’s not that I have had a bad experience here, it’s that it is consistently TERRIBLE spanning the past six months to a year.Will be driving to the next closest location from now on because I refuse to give them any more service.
Honest to goodness the food is trash and chipotle has the nerve to have such high prices we got a burrito and a bowl one side of chips and no drinks and spent 35 dollars for fast food level quality… I’m not a negative person but believe me the food is disgusting
The food was cold and the place was filthy. It wasn't even late in the afternoon. I in came right after they opened, so the filth was left over from the day before. You can see from the pictures the filth on the wall I had to look at while I was eating, including an unidentified object clinging for its life to the wall.
Closes dining area early without notice. I spent over $50 only to be told the dining area was closed!The employees are robotic so you have to keep repeating your order. I wished I choose another location for my family outing. Smh
Placed online order via app. Was to be ready at 7 pm. I arrived exactly at 7 pm. The order wasn’t out. After 10 minutes a worker asked for my name. He spoke to other worker to get mine up next. A line of customers walked in and they kept taking their order and had them ready immediately. Nothing wrong with taking care of those. My review is for not getting any service at all. By 7:27 I asked them to cancel my order and he replied by saying give him a minute. I had already waited about 30 minutes past my confirmation time allowed. Not only did I receive NO service. They didn’t mind taking my $ 24.40 for the order. BEWARE, don’t apply the app and expect them to have your order ready, even 30 minutes later.
I usually don’t s rate restaurant or even care to rate but today I was treated horribly as well as threatened by one of your employees/apprentice whatever he’s title May be. Whenever the franchise owner or general manager is I expect a a response and contact information on this as I will be taking further actions on this unless it is resolve. I came in there with a good mood until your employee was being disrespectful to me and the young girl that asked him a question. I will be calling the store to reach the gm this issue needs to be solved asap! Horrible and dangerous service I received.
The instore experience is ok! When they make it right in front of you, there is virtually no way it can be wrong. And the food itself ok decent. We have had every pick-up order significantly wrong, though. EVERY ORDER. So go there, have them make it right in front of you, bring windex and towels to clean a table for yourself, and it will be good.
Do not go to Chipotle, their food is so overpriced, they try to scoop the least of the meat and you're literally paying too much for two strips of barbacoa meat. You're better off ordering at your nearest taco truck than giving your hard earned dollars to Corporate greed. Chipotle used to be good, NOT ANYMORE, I'm definitely not coming back.
I normally don't leave reviews and have given this location many chances, hoping the service would improve. But every time I go in, I'm met with horrible attitudes. I hate ordering online because you never know what you will get at the location. But going in a horrible experience as well. Tonight when I stopped by, I first see the sign on the door stating that they are only taking online orders. So I step outside to make my order. I can see other people going in to pick up their online orders as well and watch the person working the line prepare and hand each person their meal. When I go in at 840 to pick up my no meat burrito bowl it still is not made. So the attendant gets right on it and places the lid on my bowl. After that she goes back to preping online orders. I am the only customer inside the location at this point and she simply won't hand me my food that has already been paid for. Its just sitting. I ask her if she would mind handing my food to me.. She states that another person coming from the back will hand me my food. I am over having bad experiences here. Its not worth the money to have a bad experience .
Food was good. One thing which always bother me in every Chipotle restaurant is that, they don’t have proper recycle can. I don’t understand why Company can’t do anything for environment.They just have small place where you can keep bottles and small buckets. There is no proper recycle for plastic spoons and bottles…
