Aside from the Jacksonville, Fl location. This one is equally as terrible. I’ve never experienced such mediocrity from a Chick Fil A. Enough for me to never return. Anyone that knows me knows I Love chick fil a & I’m a proud advocate. This location’s experiences have changed it all for me! I made the fries look better than they were. Uncooked and nothing done.
I’ve never really had a bad time going to chic fil a until I came to this location. We ordered and then we were asked to move to the waiting area which was fine because it usually takes a minute or so but not this time. We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and then a young lady comes over with a drink in her mouth and says “are y’all waiting for an order?” We said yes firmly hoping we’d be next to get our order. Yet other cars who have been waiting got their food way before us and we gotten parked there first . We finally went inside and told them we have been waiting a long time and they really didn’t seem to have much of an reaction. Like I said I’ve never had a problem with chic fil a but this location seems to have a customer service problem that needs help asap. Will not be returning again to this location :(
I love love chick fil a. I never have had a problem at any other chick fil a so I wasn’t expecting my order to be messed up. I ordered a chick fil a deluxe with bacon added and a spicy chick fil a deluxe. 1.I didn’t get the bacon added, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal but like every other customer, I paid for the bacon to be added. 2. The spicy deluxe wasn’t a spicy deluxe, so my mother was upset. And lastly we didn’t receive any of the sauces we asked for. On top of the mess ups we had to park aside and wait for our food…which is fine , we understand sometimes some foods take a while to prep, but our order wasn’t even made right.
Literally the drive thru director rang in my order wrong. I wanted a combo but instead rang up everything separate. When I approached drive thru window I explained I wanted to combo so that I could get a drink and that it was rang up wrong, and the lady offered to ring me up for a drink instead of trying to fix the mistake. Additionally, the grilled chicken club comes with honey bbq sauce and I asked for extra, and there wasn’t even ONE in the bag. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. So disappointing.

The car in front of me had the wrong order of both food and drink. They accepted it back. At this day and time. They should have had them keep that. The person at the window denied that it even happened. Even prior to now when food is served at the table they are not to take it back. This is not in accordance to Chick-fil-A standards.
Ordered breakfast for my work on the app at 10:15. Came at 10:45 or so to pick it up. Worker said it was after 10:30 so they couldn’t give me my food because it was after their breakfast timeline? But that I would be credited my money back on the app. So now I have $63 on the chick fil a app that I don’t want… and no food for my business after the app let me order it.
Worst chick-fil-a in concord! They have no problem serving cold soggy food, and then not apologizing for the inconvenience. Took my food back to this location and they replaced it with more cold food.
Why would you put a whole tomato on a sand which. Would you eat that? What other health guidelines do you not follow as well?
Incredibly slow drive thru. Our food was just sitting at the window as my family and I were in the assigned parking spot waiting. Definitely don’t go here if you’re in a rush
