This is the first bad meal I have ever had at Chick-fil-A. Service and food are always great. This particular visit the chicken was wayyy off it tasted like old oil. I had to spit it out the minute I took the bite. I was already home but I did call and was told I could get another sandwich
I eat here way more often than I should! Food is ALWAYS fresh. Items are NEVER wrong or missing. They get it right EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They ask your name for your order and greet you by your name at the window. As fast as they get you your order, you'd expect some mishaps here and there. Doesn't happen. Great service with a smile.
My kiddos and I ordered food from the drive thru today from this restaurant. We got home and was missing a salad. No biggie things happen. I simply called restaurant and explained to manager what happened and gave him my order number. He said that he would bring me the missing items himself. I was very grateful for that and especially not having to load my kids up again to go back and pick up food. Am amazing customer service and even had some extra cookies in there. Kids loves those!!! Thank you Chick Fil LaI didn’t get the mangers name but I appreciate you all.
The food was hot and the service was fast. It's too easy to rate this place because it's the same everytime I go there.
Needed ice for my pregnant wife. Asked for 2 large cups of ice and they did me one better and offered me a bucket of ice if I wanted it. Chicken has never been one of my fast foods of choice but Chick-fil-A service is unbeatable. Honestly it's almost like every single one I've been to has a mythical level of customer service.
I was greeted by the manager as soon as i walked in the door. She took my order and made my coffee and had my food ready before i even picked a table. I was very impressed and then i sat down to eat my sandwich (extra pickles) and i was even more impressed! Usually “extra pickles” means they’ll put 3 instead of 2. I found at least 5-6 pickles! As I’m doing this review, a team member has asked me if there’s anything they can do for me, refill, etc? I feel like royalty! My food is incredibly fresh and the employees are fantastic! I will visit again very soon.
As someone who works here, I can say most of my coworkers are amazing people, and the foods pretty decent. But our store owner, Mr.Charping, is not the best person. I recommend eating here, certainly not working here. Enjoy!
this location is my favorite in the area, but lately every time I've had the girl that says 'ehat else can I get for you' after every item you request, has gotten my order wrong 3 time in drive through. at this point I'm just at going to use the app cause I'm starting to lose my patience. this most recent order she didn't put in my drink and instead of a regular chick fila sandwich when gave me a single filet
Always great service, friendly workers, and the food is consistently good. Use caution and patience in the parking lot, since the pandemic the drive-through traffic has exploded and space is tight.
Very rude and disconcerning manager at this location. Our family came to this location and made a not so large order and fairly simple. 3 number 1 chickfila sandwich combos and a kids meal to be exact. The crew failed to provide all of our food as we were missing 2 of the fries in our order. We got home and noticed the error and made a call to the store. At that time, we expressed to the manager that our order was incomplete and by the time we arrive to pick up the missing items, the rest of the food would be cold. Therefore we requested a replacement of the order for all items to be fresh. The manager refused to do so and made herself sure to mention that she would not replace a $31 order in its entirety even if we provided all of the food back to her. However she has no problem serving an incorrect order of $31. At this location you will find that as a customer you are not respected and not a concern if their crew is at fault when an order is misprovided. Education and training goes a long way and this location does not have it.
