App order, just to get there and someone already stole my food and maybe two others. A walk in and pick up turned into a 30 min wait for them to realize what happened and to remake the order.From my understanding the lady was told to not place orders on the rack, because someone had already stolen an order previously.
This was an unexpected and unusual visit. I ordered the 2 Cobb salads with grilled chicken, which I have done at many CFA's but this time I received cold grilled chicken?!? I have never had cold grilled chicken on the salad before. I was already at my destination when I discovered it and unable to return to inquire why it was served this way.... Also, one salad had much more cold grilled chicken than the other???So, I received a response to this post from this Chick FIL A and was told only the nugget topped salad is served warm....well, I am absolutely positive since I order the grilled version frequently that my salads all had warm grilled chicken on them. Perhaps, other locations prepare it to order and therefore the chicken is warm? Whatever the reason, I love the warm grilled chicken version.Thanks for your response, at least someone actually reads the reviews and makes an effort to get back to the consumer. Chick-fil-A is still my favorite place to grab a quick meal!!!
My food from this location was severely undercooked . I’m disappointed to say the least . I’ve attached a photo of my sandwich. Please don’t waste your money at this location .
I love going to Chick-fil-A. Special thanks to Brock for making my special drink this time: chocolate ice dream milkshake with a splash of coffee base blended in! Yum!! So good. Always the best service! :D
I Went to chicken fil a for dinner tonight, and was it a mistake. Chicken fil a is normally my go to fast food restaurant but tonight was by far the worst experience. Imagine the worst experience you had at a restaurant and ×2. I couldn't throw away my trash because all of it was over filling the condiments. Which is disgusting and not sanitary at all. People at the registers were flirtatious with other employees. Not all just two imparticularly. Everyone that was there looked like 17-18years old or younger. Alot of people were on their phone just standing around. A lady walked in upset about her meal and the person at the register just laughed. Regardless if she was in the right or wrong, it's there job to get a manager and defuse the situation.The manager was 16 maby 17 and looked scared out of his mind. Normally chick fil a is really clean and the people are sweet. But they were complaining about being at work. Not going to lie, this is not the chick fil a I know. This location needs a lot of work. I live less that 1 mile from this location and I would prefer going to the target location instead. I hope to see change, and hope someone takes this review seriously. God bless.
Was in the area and went through the drive-thru for breakfast. Food was great and workers were polite. Would stop by again when in the area.
So I normally do not do reviews... EVER. However, I just had to share about this particular trip to my favorite Chickfila! I come to this location all the time, in my opinion it is THE BEST Chickfila around! The atmosphere is always peaceful and clean and the food is ALWAYS taste the same, hot and fresh, no matter the day or hour! Today I decided to stop by to grab some lunch and kill some time while waiting on a doctor appointment. While I was there I noticed how genuinely happy all the employees were! Everyone had a smile and I heard laughter from the employees that seemed like a family! It was so nice to see all the employees so joyful with everything that is going on right now in the world it was very refreshing to experience the joy radiating from EVERY employee!! Id also like to recognize Stockton Perry, the store operator. He was so helpful to all the employees and connected with everyone he encountered! I overheard him speaking with customers as well as employees and every conversation was as if he was talking to a friend he had known for years! The whole time I was there it felt like I was at home and part of such a sweet family! Keep up the amazing work guys!! YOU ALL ROCK!!
Arrived at the drive thur at 6:20 am. Menu board and green light were lite up. Waited till they opened at 6:30.I was in the right drive thur lane. At 6:30 the left lane had taken 3 orders before I realized they had changed right lane light red. Now with several cars behind me in the left lane, I had no way to go but too the pickup window.I am disappointed that no one took the time to walked across the store to look out the window to see what was going on in the drive thru.
Truthfully is good it's pretty much any other Chick-fil-A food was good service was great people are amazing. Chick-fil-A knows what they're doing and they do it consistently.
Good service at this location Matthew has begun to restore my faith in customer service. I thought it was dead... Apparently I was wrong! This guy needs a promotion...
