I was seated and then everyone disappeared. No one came to get our order or offered us any drinks. Waited for 30 minutes. Waiter was as the table right beside us and didn’t even look our way. Other customers who were seated after us were already receiving their food by the time I decided to leave. Poor customer service.
The only reason they got a one star is because I had to choose something! This was the worst experience ever. We walked in the restaurant and had to seat ourself, get our own silverware and menus. We sat there for about 20 minutes before we were waited on. When our food arrived at the table it looked like it had been sitting on the counter for days and tasted like trash!!! When we got the bill we looked and they charged us for lettuce, does lettuce not come standard on a taco??? We asked to speak to the manager and when he came to the table he was so rude and talked to us like we were trash on the street! I will not spend another dime at this place and will make sure everyone we know never spends a dime in there either!!!
Queso was good, I got the Baja Fish Tacos and they were good, but the rice was cold and kinda flavorless. But the margarita pitcher was delicious, we had strawberry, they definitely water it down though.
Have visited this restaurant in the past so tonight we had a taste for Mexican and were in the area. I should’ve known we was not welcomed when the host didn’t greet us. We was seated and we sat there for 20 minutes and no one ever came to our table to assist us!! There was a table in front of us and the waitress came to their table a couple of times. Not once did he come to our table and we was in his section. So we left and as we was leaving another waitress came right pass us and went to another table that was behind us nor did she ask if she could help us!! I guess me and my husband money wasn’t good enough but that’s fine I will spend it else where! Will not be back!!
Went here for a Christmas party and it was the absolute worst Mexican food or any food for that matter that I have ever tasted from a restaurant. I ordered the enchiladas de mole and it had zero flavor. The chicken inside was so dry and tough. I would have been better off eating a frozen dinner. I am totally amazed this place is even open. A friend ordered shrimp tacos and all the shrimp had the shell on and wasn't deveined. So low quality. Make your own Mexican or grab an Amy's frozen dinner.
Love this place! Our bartender, Ivanna, is super sweet & makes bomb margaritas! It's the only place in Concord that I've found charro beans. Fajitas and street tacos are the most comparable to tex-mex also.
The staff were great and friendly. Plus the restaurant was easy to find. Plus the California burrito I had was really good.
I understand it was close to closing. It looked like Mexican food. The flavor was absolutely NOT!!!! I just moved from San Diego, CA. Some of worst Mexican food I've had in Diego taste 5x better than this. Will NOT be going back. On the bright side service was wonderful. The atmosphere was good. Plus the n a drinks were on par.
Food was pretty good, service was s l o w .There were maybe two other small tables already seated when we arrived, and it still took a long time between being served drinks, ordering, receiving meals, and especially long waiting for our check. (There were only two of us, for reference)If that's the consistent pace of service, I'd hate to be there when they're packed...
