Usually we love this place, I made a big family order, we went and picked up our food, when we got home we realized my niece's food was missing. I called and told them one of my items was missing and it was no problem, they said to come pick it. My husband gets there and they absolutely refuse to give him the food, they said it was in a box and sent with us which is totally false, whether they made it or not, it wasn't given to us. It took me calling and having a debate with a staff member on whether or not my food had been given to me. Absolutely ridiculous, I understand it was a larger order, mistakes happen but the way my husband and I were treated over our food missing was extremely unprofessional. I was very disappointed with our experience.
Casa Grande is my go to Mexican Restaurant. I visit them at least a couple of times of week. They have a variety of items with a huge Menu selection.
What a terrible first experience. Soggy Cheesesteak with watery liquid instead of nacho cheese sauce. Waiter never checked on me after I ordered, random member of kitchen staff brought my food out. Never got a bill and had to go up to cashier to pay without a check. Stood at Cashier for 10 minutes waiting to get checked out. I’m astounded people say to come eat here. What a disappointment as a new resident.
ever since the menu changed everything got WAY BETTER! the food is delicious and authentic. I always have a hard time choosing what I want because I know anything I get is going to be amazing. fast and friendly people as well.
This is the go to spot! The staff is amazing . A Clean establishment, fast pace with the delicious food of vast variety. Best sweet tea around and oh yeah some of that other drink as well. Be sure to check them out, soon.
Stopped here for dinner. Food was really good and it came out quick. Got the shrimp fajitas, super good. Would stop here again if I’m passing through town
I've ate inside I've had it delivered both ways it was always great food inside service is impeccable deliveries always on time can't complain and strongly recommend
Stopped in for a quick to-go taco plate with some chips and salsa. My order was ready when I got there, staff was wonderfully polite. Tacos were fresh, hot, and delicious. Salsa had just enough heat to keep me going back for more. Overall amazing experience for peak dinner time on a Saturday night. I will be back to this location.
Casa Grande was fantastic. I had never been there before, my wife has gone there for many years with her family. The food was really good, prices....who cares about prices when you are with loved ones. HahahahaThe place was very busy, but our server Ashley was still very attentive, very friendly. I will go back for sure next time I'm in town. Keep up the good work Ashley
The hostesses were so nice and thorough. My order was input incorrectly, but she verified each item before I paid so we were able to catch the mistake, then she ran and told the kitchen immediately. The food is soooo good! My husband likes the Burrito Mexicana with sauces on side so it won't be soggy by time it gets home. I had the Casa Grande entree and OMG... sooooo much food! The flautas were perfect and then for dessert we had churros. Yummmmm! This Texan just found her new favorite Mexican restaurant!!!
