Will not be going back here. My wife and I ordered two Salads and a lobster ravioli. Ordered online, food ready at 8:48. I get there at 8:50 to pick up our food, walked in the door, no one to great you or anything. Place almost empty. Our food was barely warm and the portions were very very small. I asked to speak with the manager (short Caucasian lady) I asked ma'am is this the correct size portion and she said yes. The 2 salads and Ravioli was 42$ bucks but gave an appetizer size. We had 8 Ravioli with barely any sauce. It did even fill the bottom of the take out box. Half of both Salad lettuce was "BROWN".( The best thing was the bread) On top of that, it was dirty in the inside as well. Will not be back, this place sucks! Do not eat here!

We visited Carrabba's for dinner 4/28 with a reservation at 7:15 pm. We were sat promptly then the fun began. After 15 minutes with no waiter / waitress seeing three other tables served I returned to the hostess stand to ask for a server! She of course apologized and came to the table with me take our drink order. Things smoothed over for a little while as drinks were delivered and then she took our food order. Between the delivery of our Appetizers and the food I asked for drink refills and bread. As we waited the food arrived, fresh and hot by another server. The waitress returned to check on our food and verify everything was right, stating there were issues in the kitchen. Thankfully the food was good. I asked again about drink and bread refills. She apologized and walked away. Later she returned and asked if we needed boxes while I was still eating. Politely, I declined but asked about a drink refill! She seemed surprised and walked away this time returning with drinks. After this I asked for the check and a to go box. Needless to say we left not very happy with the experience. Fully understand the short staff issues but this was ridiculous. Other tables were taken care of as we sat patiently waiting. Suppose next time we plan to visit Carrabba's we will tryna different location.

Me and my wife just got married today. We just left from here for our wedding dinner with the family. The food was so good and flavorful . I guess it's true what they say. You have to pay more if you want the best. They even gave us a complimentary chocolate cake for being newly Weds. Thanks Carrabba's for making this an even more special day.

My friends & I arrived around 7:30 or 7:45 p.m. We were told there was an hr to an hr & a half wait. We decided to wait. While waiting we noticed the restaurant was following covid protocol, which was great. Persons seated at every other table or every other booth. The bar also followed protocol, eight chairs only w/ two people per chair & spaced out accordingly. We were seated by 8:20 p.m. or so. The server was excellent to include the training server. I had the muscles & the eggplant. I did not get a picture of the eggplant. The muscles were outstanding. The eggplant not so much. The eggplant was overcooked or sat a little too long, as it was soggy .I would have no issue with returning.

A bit of a wait do to being short staffed which is understandable nowadays. Friendly wait staff and our server was fantastic. They allowed me to order my steak without the sides since I follow the carnivore diet. The ribeye was delicious.

The food and service are amazing!! I highly recommend this place!

No strawberry lemonade so Arnold Palmer was recommended, it was terrible. Ended up with wine.

Service started out great, we were seated immediately and greeted by our waitress receiving our drinks and our appetizer quickly. However, it was an hour after that before being served our dinner order which consisted of dry chicken and not seeing our waitress again until a good 20 minutes after finished eating to receive our check in order to leave. Atmosphere was great but highly doubt we'll visit again. McDonald's has better service.

Valentines lunch…felt ignored by server. We had to ask for things repeatedly, and eventually asked those not our server. Disappointing ribeye was tough. Really, really tough. Inedibly tough, which wasn’t server’s fault. Soup and salad were great, as was Pollo Rosa Maria. Not ones to complain, but could have, and should have, been better. Still married!❤️

The menu selection seems less than I remember. I got spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were good but the sauce tasted funny and left a strong garlic aftertaste. My wife really enjoyed her meal which was the half ravioli.
