Good food. Wings were excellent. Very little meat on the nachos was our only disappointment.

My husband, our friend, and I ate yesterday at Carolina Ale House. I encouraged them to go there because we are all following a healthy eating program and I was sure we would be able to choose the foods as part from our program. And we did. And it was delicious! We were able to order a double patty burger with only the items that we wanted on it and enjoyed an amazing cesar salad, and we drank water! We had a wonderful time with our two servers (one was in training) and they were very kind to help us keep on our program!! We would definitely go back!!

We met friends who live in town here while we were visiting. It was pretty close to our hotel so it was easy to get to and we only had to wait about 20 minutes for a table for 6. There were a lot of options to choose from and everyone's food was delicious. Our server was great and kept our drinks full as we visited with our friends. If we were in town again, we would definitely put this on the places to eat!

Very mid considering queso landed in my lap. Rice dry, chicken dry (the burrito had to be smothered it was so dry), no cheese in the burrito, and they rolled it wrong so half of my burrito was just beans. Chips were not good. I expected to much. Wings, Spinach dip, and the sports stick yo the basics

I’ve been to Carolina ale House and maybe half a dozen times. To date I’ve only had one good experience. This was the case at several locations. I tried going to the Concord location on Thursday. The place was empty and we were told that they were backed up and it would be 10 minutes before we can get seated. We were a party of five. I decided to get a drink at the bar with my girlfriend. The bartender was across the bar from us talking to the guy I was standing next to. We weren’t acknowledged at all. We stood there several minutes to get zero service. I took the rest of the party from the lobby and went to another restaurant. I think I’m done with the Carolina Ale House

Have been 3 times and experienced horrible service every time. Food is good, once you finally get it. Not worth the aggravation or time for me to give them another shot.

Served us dry rub salamon way over seasoned. Asked for blackened salmon and got this. SMH, requested garlic wings and got regular wings cold with dry cheese on top. Never been to a worse place before in my life. One of the managers then said thats how the salmon is made which is a lie since I eat here almost everday. Dont eat here !!!!!

The food is great, friendly staff but a little bit slow although that's understandable because it's due to the lack of personnel. There are two nice pool tables in there along with good music. Nice environment vibes. I will suggest staying away from cocktails and just doing beer.

We had a great experience with the friendly staff and the food was tasty. There are plenty of choices for adult beverages, appetizers, and entrees. The atmosphere was nice and had a little buzz. But for some reason they didn't have a military discount which would have been the icing on the cake in the good old US of A.

I want to give 2 stars, but I don't want to be mean.I went on a thursday at 10pm. I ordered the cod fish sandwich with fries, 6 grilled wings, a ginger ale, and a Bourbon mule (it was on special). The ginger ale tasted like coke/sprite mix (what some bartenders use when they're out of ginger ale). The mule didn't taste good either; I couldn't finish it.The wings were salty, overcooked, still had feathers in some of them, and a couple were burnt. The fries were over seasoned and over cooked. The fish sandwich was my saving grace. Plentiful, flavorful, prepared well.My waitress was nice.Maybe it was bad because I went late. But then again, that shouldn't be an excuse for overcooked food. I spent $28 and all I enjoyed was the sandwich.I'll try again during the day.
