The lunch platters are awesome. The Southern fried chicken was crispy and not greasy. The country fried steak with sausage gravy was good. The fried squash had very good crispy coating.
Stopped in here for a recent weekday breakfast (actually late enough to be lunch). Place was crowded but we were seated within ten minutes. The place is clean and inviting and the staff is very pleasant. We spotted other diners eating some awesome looking lunch entrees, but we opted for breakfast. Our choices: a western omelet (perfect), stack of pancakes (big and fluffy) and eggs with fried pork cutlets (the pork was a major plus). We also thought the potatoes served with the eggs were really tasty. Prices are reasonable and service is very prompt. We will return.
Always a great option for breakfast or lunch. I’ve been coming to this location and the one on Copperfield for several years now and haven’t had anything that I didn’t like. Their omelettes are hearty and full of flavor. Serving sizes are quite generous. The service is always fast and friendly. Quite affordable, which can be hard to find these days.
I've been in Concord over 4 years and this is my first time to go here. I don't know what took me so long. The food was great and our server, Fiona, was awesome. I highly recommend this place.

I visit here a few times every week. This place is fantastic! As much as I like the breakfasts, the lunch items may be even better. Literally the only thing I've had here that I don't like is the toast and biscuits, but I think that's just personal taste, not quality. The food quality is very good, portions generous, and all reasonably priced. I really don't know how they offer the quality and portions that they do at the prices they charge. The place is ALWAYS busy and I can see why.
Had breakfast at the Hanes Mall Road location this morning. Savannah was our waitress and both the food and service were exceptional!! Scary Terry
