QF3 trying out a new italian restaurant. Emily was a delightful user er, efficient and exacting. Started with hot bread knots and italian gravy for dipping. Had the soup of the day, tortellini and Italian sausage not heated hot enough. Also the stuffed half green pepper with a beefy rice filling and their gravy, moderately heated. The penne ala vodka gravy was not heated even though served on a hot plate. Plate just not hot enough to heat the meal. The cannoli dessert was perfect with a cup of hot black coffee.

Have been a regular here, but no more! Visited on a Thursday night and had a ton of issues which included the server's lack of knowledge about off-menu items, incorrect bar drinks, draft beers that were 1/3 foam, and a ticket time well over an hour. My spaghetti and meatballs, when FINALLY delivered, looked like a young child had assembled it and the meatballs were burnt and hard (see picture). Our time in the restaurant was approximately ninety minutes and the manager on duty argued as if a 65-minute ticket time (at that point) was acceptable. My entree and drinks were removed from the check, but it still cost nearly $50 for the remaining items which also looked terrible and were not at all up to par. We went home to have a frozen pizza.UPDATE: Instead of posting this review, I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the general manager to tell her of our experience. She said she had been off the night we visited and committed to check into the issues to then get back in touch with me. One week later and no return call. Called back and spoke with the manager-on-duty who said that she made the owner aware of the issue that night, but he/she did not visit our table.Regular customer lost. Review posted.

Was craving authentic Italian n I wanted to like this food bc it’s so close to my house but sadly it wasn’t flavorful despite me adding bell peppers . The Alfredo sauce was bland and the chicken was dry. It honestly made my stomach hurt. Very disappointed for the price I paid.Giving them two stars bc the customer service was good. May try another dish in the future but not this one!

Very good food. Appetizers were on point and fast. Meal took a while but we didn't have a reservation and was seated quickly. Highly recommend reservations. Food was good and cooked to order ?!

Took over three hours to have dinner. 6 pm reservation, seated 35 minutes later. It took another 30 minutes to get water and order. Got food 1 1/2 later. It was ok, only one of four salads showed up. Had to tell waiter were leaving to get food. Totally unacceptable!!!?

Authentic rustic Italian. Loved the chicken parm and Fettuccine Alfredo. Not your typical fast food. I really enjoyed it.

Usually closed on Monday but they were open for Valentines days. It was our 1st time there and we(my husband, our son and i all 3)loved the food but the older gentleman playing the accordion was just adorable walking around to each of the tables playing love songs. It was great service and the owners walked around as well to greet the guests. Would most definitely come back again.

This was my 1st time going there tonight, and I enjoyed the 2 dishes I ordered.. Calamari (slightly overcooked) and the Chicken Masala ( which was very tasty). Appears to be a Family Atmosphere type place but it also looks like a good hangout for singles or dates. Has a nice bar for socializing. Overall a good experience.

Purchased a takeout order for 4 people. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Only drawback was that we ordered a wedge salad and when I got home it wasn't with the order. However, I was contacted by the owner and everything was made right expeditiously.
