This location Lost my business, I’ll drive to Harrisburg for now on … food was cold , hard and disgusting so I just threw$10 in the trash . I’m tired of going back up there to get my food replaced when it should be right or hot and fresh in the first place. I’m sure they wouldn’t let their family or friends eat that garbage . The cashier was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there ( if you don’t like your job then quit and let someone else have it that will ) . I’ve worked in fast food and it’s not that hard to serve hot and fresh and accurate food , ask if we need sauce geesh ! We shouldn’t have to come back to get sauce . Over it !! What a waist of money…. Too bad I have to give that one star
Today a co-worker and myself placed an order from this Arby's and it was delivered via Doordash. Upon arrival of order, there were no fries and no sauce. Our driver went back to try and get the rest of our order (paid for). They refused to give the driver fries or sauce. The sandwiches went straight in the trash. What is a sandwich with no fries and no sauce. Will NEVER go to any Arby's ever again. This is not the first time we have had issue with this company, although, different frachises. If it would let me post with zero or negative stars, that would be my selection. BEWARE!!!
Great place to eat. Friendly and efficient staff. Sadly they no longer have the 2-5 happy hour.
Placed my order the guy didn't get my order correct I already had to sit for 20 mins in drive thru waiting for the food and then to not have my order correct and the guy and a manager just do nothing to fix it! I will never go back!
Love their milk shakes. Jamocha is the best. Nice staff and quick service.
Arby's let me down I always come here I just when there and got 2 turkey sandwiches pay $20 for it they put 1 slice of turkey on each sandwich
Stopped to get my birthday eats complementary as I am an Arbys on line customer. I love their choices
Great food and very accommodating. We were from out-of-state and had some Arby's coupons from our home state and they accepted them!
They often times get our order wrong but this time it was actually correct due to the covid they were out of some of the things we wanted
Love it they close the doors after 4 pm but yummy ??
