My family of 6 entered the Applebee's on hwy 29 in Concord and waited 1.5 hours for service while "others" were serviced as they walked in. The management said they were behind but there were several families serviced while we sat and waited. Each time I asked why we weren't being serviced they stated they were behind yet everyone before us was sitting, getting their drink orders and enjoying. This is the worst display customer service I've ever had.
Waited for food for almost 2 hours. We happened to notice that the folks that were seated after us, had eaten and were leaving. We asked to speak to the manager. She explained to us that they were under staffed, as our food arrived. But the staff was very accommodating, and pleasant, and our meals were comped.
Amazing service prompt hot and drunks where great waitress even greater it was packed they went out of their way to make us comfortable loved It
Went to the Concord nc Applebee's tonight and was basically turned away due to servers not doing their job stated the host at the door said they weren't seating any more guest and this was at 8:30pm on a Sat night. The place was half empty.
Have had many issues with missing items as well as lower quality and smaller portions on orders in recent months. My last order of 2 salads was short 1 salad. How do you just miss half of an order. I think I will be giving up on this location entirely.
EVERYTHING WAS HOT AND FRESH. EVEN THOUGH THE MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS WERE BUSTED, THEY WERE STILL GOOD. THE MANAGER THERE PACKED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY... WE WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK ??
Our server, Sue was attentive even though it was a bit busy. She is a great server. Thank you! Oh, and the food was really good.
I 100% guarantee you will get better service at a Chik-Fil-A on a Sunday. Pathetic service and half decent overpriced food. Hope you aren’t picky if you eat here because you won’t get what you order and whatever you do get will be cold after you wait an hour for it.
Everybody here is Great, never had bad service, or any issues with my food.Late night Salad & Appetizer are my favs.
Waited an hour for our party of 11 to celebrate my granddaughters 11th birthday than got seated at 4 separate tables! They should have told us that we couldn’t sit together.
