Stopped by for a July 4th treat after a long day. It was great. Catchy names for products. Service was good and fast. Everyone enjoyed their selection.Only improvement I would suggest is to move the walk-in counter to the left away from the drive though smoke from cars waiting to get their orders. Was holding my breath while waiting to order in the short line.
I never heard of Andy's until recently, but they have the best frozen treats (concrete's, shakes, sundaes) around, hands down. They have some pretty interesting combinations or you can come up with your own. They are not stingy with the toppings like some places and the ice cream always tastes fresh, rich, and creamy. The boot daddy, strawberry shortcake sundae, and staw-nana are a few of my personal favs. Come here on a hot day or anytime you're in the mood for some ice cream and you'll be glad you did!
They have great frozen custard with lots of toppings options. You can also get shakes and drinks. The workers are friendly and they made my order quickly and accurately. They also are open late if you want to get a late night snack. They also have plenty of outdoor seating to use while you enjoy your frozen custard.
The drive-thru was super busy, so we parked and used the walk-up window. I wish the menu board was next to the windows for ordering, as it made it a bit challenging to look at, remember the complex name (haha), and walk away to go order. The staff taking our order was friendly, and it was ready quickly! It was a bit too runny (I’ll remember not to include peanut butter next time), and the brownie was dry & almost pulverized, making the texture a little offsetting. Just a note to try something different next time. We’ll def go back to try something new, and try to eat it there, before it melts too much.
The Custard is good here but the service and prices... Not so much. They have young kids at the window and don't pay much attention to the customer needs. They seem to be busy all the time so they are serving good custard. Mine was delightful. Worth the stop for something a bit different but don't expect any good service with the large payment your making for your treat. Expect to spend around $7 per treat.
This is my second time coming to this location and it will surely be my last. The first time I came I ordered a root beer float. From the way it was advertised with the custard and soda blended together I was sure it would be the same when I received it. What i got was a cup with custard on the bottom and the root beer on the top. The Blonde haired girl did not try to mix it up or anything. When i asked her "is this it" after receiving it, she said yea that's the root beer float. I was not satisfied with the presentation at all. Nonetheless, It was a hot day and I settled with it. Today, I went back to use my reward for a free concrete. I was told it only came with one topping and that was fine so I chose the brownie. What I received is surely not Andy's Quality because if it was you guys would not be in business or have brownies on the menu. When the Blond hair girl handed me the cup I said where is the brownie? She stated it was mixed in with the custard. I did not ask for brownie crumbs! While eating it I realized the reason why I had crumbs and not chunks of soft brownie was because the brownie she tried to blend was HARD AS F***! The fact that she decided to give me that makes me mad. She would not serve that to her mother or her sister so she should not have given it to me. I am highly upset! To the person in charge of overseeing the reviews No need to respond back to me and give me info on the franchise owner telling me to get in contact with him or her. I would not like to speak with anyone because clearly after the other reviews nothing will be done. This is ridiculous and that cashier needs to be spoken to about her customer service or should I say the lack thereof. I will not be coming back!
Large menu- lots of things to choose from. The girl at the drive-thru window was friendly and it took no time at all to get our order of a strawberry shake, and small cup of chocolate & vanilla. Delicous!
Tasty custard that is ready quickly when you order. Also cool to watch the machine working through the glass. The chocolate is a bit too bitter to my tastes. Everything else I tried was very good though.
Horrible experience, they promote something on their menu for a free item and when you go to redeem it you get helped with a lady with an attitude. I don’t mind paying but that fact that they all got upset with my order that they couldn’t figure out how to do and add isn’t my fault. They made my concrete and it sat for a while and the cashier went ahead and gave another customer my order and helped the entire line before he realized that I was still waiting, everyone in my party finished theirs while I was still waiting. It was time for us to go and they finally decided to make it after I told them I didn’t want it anymore and they got upset when they wanted to hand me the custard even after the fact i said I didn’t want it anymore multiple times. This is my second time visiting this place in 3 years and it’s been the same horrible experience both times. Worst customer service ever.
Recently went through the drive thru.Tried to use my Andy's Rewards card for my 5 dollar reward.Lady told me it had been used I told her no it hadn't.Then she told me it was expired.I had just received it 2 weeks prior. So no reward. We ordered a chocolate malt.We got a chocolate shake We ordered the green mint shake for St.Patty's Day.We got vanilla shake with mint chips. We would have gone back to correct the order but we were late for an appt so couldn't.This is the second time the order has been lacking or incorrect.I don't mind paying these prices but it would be nice to get what I pay for.
