The food, service and music were awesome!I do have a few complaints though. I was very disappointed in how dirty it is around the pool tables and against the wall and in the corner where you exchange dollars for quarters. The dirt and the dust are piled high. There was a dried up drink spilled under one of the pool tables.Plus, they need to repaint the ladies room. All the disgusting foul language on the walls and door's is uncalled-for. I was very surprised to see all that writing.
Great place to eat and hang out! Big huge stage with live music every weekend. Take the fam during the day or go get your beer after work on Friday and stay til 2am! Pool tables, jukebox, amazing staff ND owner.
Best pizza and wings in Charlotte. Quick friendly service and live music. Highly recommend!
I was there Sunday night and the customer service was great. I really enjoyed the food and drinks. The bartender Jamie was awesome as well as the guy bartender Vince. These guys were very busy that night but still made it their duty to satisfy everyone. I highly recommend Amici’s weather you’re looking for great food and drinks or just want to hang out and shoot pool. Really a great atmosphere!
My son and I went for lunch. The place was not very busy so lunch was quiet and enjoyable. The young girl who waited on us was very pleasant and attentive. Food was good and we had a good experience.
Great burgers! Stopped in on a whim after my car was done at Meineke's. The burger was delicious and the bar fries were nice and fresh!
First the food is delicious! Over the last few months we have come to be concerned about the cleanliness of this place. I have to assume they don't have a cleaning crew. Table tops and seats have not been wiped down. Acrilic menu holders are gross. You can see where they have swept around tables and chairs but not under them. Bathroom is disgusting. Seems management just doesn't care anymore. Such a shame.
great vibe and friendly folks...I prefer pizza by the slice...just a better piece overall...thin crust not to saucey but flavor is there..always a great conversation and polite staff...feels comfortable for all ...
If this was the last place on earth id eat DIRT...I'm honestly lost for words because never have I been so embarrassed in my life. On 3/20, me and my family ordered food from here one night like we always do every so often. Finally get the food back home do the biggest disappointment I've expected from this establishment, the garlic knots we're so burnt they was basically buttered rocks with a sprinkle of garlic. The lasagna had plastic all thru it and when we called the manager was so apologetic, they even offered to remake it but all the food was so bad we advised them we would just take the refund. So they advised bring the food back and get the refund...what didn't hit me until I started typing this review is that when we said no to the remake and wanted a refund the managers tone did change and began to state a refund will take a long time because of the card but we immediately stopped em to advise it was a cash order so it wouldn't be a problem. It's like the refund option was a big disappointment since we didn't use card and it was a easy cash refund. They took my name & said okay. If I told y'all I came here for my refund and got called a liar and harassed all the way out to my car over a refund I was promised, you'll think I was lying...I guess its my own fault because I don't remember who I talked to on the phone man or woman I explained to the rude lady at the bar the situation and she was just so nasty to me. The lady at the bar was so extra I advised I was here for a refund she first says "no I'm not aware of it so no." in my head I'm like"that was so mean and rude...you didn't ask any details" so I say "manager please" she goes "they ain't here and won't be here till tomorrow" so I kindly asked if she could call them and gave my name so they know who it was. Even reminded of the story. They stayed on the phone for 5mins before telling me get out I'm not getting a refund and take that food with me. I told them no keep the money and ill just write a review. it was a $45 order, they clearly needed it more than me.The location had just opened no more than 15mins and you're hostel to a customer who little do y'all know has been eating here for a while now and never did I expect this. The lady at the bar told Concord PD that that wasn't their food because one was in a Walmart bag and to they don't "make that kind of food" so now my time is wasted coming up here to marked as no trespassing??? The lasagna had spoiled Italian sausage in it, the chicken in my pasta was so unidentifiable and off color. they apologized for all this over the phone and once you get there they make them the victim. NASTY!
