It was pretty busy w/ long enough lines both at the outside window & inside; however, I went inside. The line moved quickly as the 3 ladies working kept things moving & didn'tappearto be overwhelmedby the crowd. Always friendly service when I go.The custard is always good & you can't tell its not ice cream! We ordered vanilla w/ resees cup, chocolate w/ rainbow sprinkles, & vanilla oreo milkshake w/ whipped cream. Delicious! ?
Excellent custard with flavors that change weekly and a friendly staff. They have limited outdoor seating in a nice green suburban block. Great place for a quick ice cream cone after a hot day!
The frozen custard was awesome. My youngest wanted just whipped cream and gummy bears, they graciously accommodated his request. :)

Today, May 29, 2022 at 8:30pm, we just left without ordering. While waiting in line we noticed 2 workers were busy but 1 was standing and talking to her two friends. The worker told her friends bye because she has customers. Her friends looked back at us and kept talking. We walked out. Poor customer service and we will NEVER return.
A perfect taste of Rochester, and they even have Red hots and Whites (may be for a limited time)!!!. For the uninitiated, frozen custard Tates like ice cream, but has a creamier texture than soft serve.
A nice family friendly environment with ample seating inside and outside. Have a good selection of specials everyday in addition to their regulars. Rating it at 4.5 since one of the items ordered did not seem to be worth $8, but the same has been better in the past. Their cakes are also good. Staff are very nice.

Delicious flavors that change daily. Highly recommend any of their apple flavors, apple cider donut has been my favorite so far. Great quality and service, we come by at least once a week.
