Went by at quarter after 9pm on Monday night. 7-11 and the store was closed. No sign on the door letting you know otherwise. All the trash cans are overflowing and generally very dirty.
The peach slurpee is so good. Yeah.
7-11 would be so much better and make so much more money in North Carolina if they had the right people running these stores. Let alone incompetentcy, but also lazy and rude..... in NY,, THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN. I aaked for French vanilla for the coffee since the 1 next to the coffee, in the cooler gas less then a drop in it, the manager said there was no more, I was in shock how she talked to me. After 5 minutes, I'm done shopping and go up to the register to pay for my things and I ask for a full cheese pie. Same manager, looks around and says, we only got frozen pizza. Unless you want to bring it home and cook it yourself. I asked politely, isn't it quick to cook it at 7-11? Manager says, "Again, the pizza is frozen, if you want to take it home and cook it yourself, you can, Otherwise, we don't have any"
The employee that was working at the time (5:30am) was rude , She was taking the trash out as we got out the car and instead of going back inside she looks at us and says “I’m not in there” and takes her time taking out the trash… Poor customer service if ya ask me

The staff is professional and personable. The store is spotless clean and well-stocked. Items purchased has always been fresh. Gas pump area.is clean.with all the sanitization stuff full and ready to use. Thanks for becoming a part of my neighborhood. Resident of Redwood Apartments.
They did not have any change and the said the rewards program changed. So my item usually rings up to $3.06 with my reward points, and I had the 6 cents. However, with the change to the system it did ring up the same.
