Got in the line at 9:41pm, The line did not move for 10mins then when I finally got to the speaker it was 10:00 On the dot and they said they were closed. I explained to them I’ve been in the line 19mins and I was told there was nothing that could be done because “the system was down” a lie! They were still finishing orders that THEY JUST TOOK! Will not return to this location, I waited in the line for 19mins due to their problem and after all of that, they wouldn’t take my order.
I received very poor customer service when I went to this Zaxby's. The cashier was doing her best, but the management was constantly yelling at the poor girl. I overheard the managers yelling profanity at their employees. One manager asked what type of drug are you on to one of them. I asked one of the cashiers what the man's name was. She told me it was Kenny. His behavior was very unacceptable, especially since I had children around me. I sat in the dining room for a little to see if it was just because tensions were high.I was wrong.I heard banging from the back, and it seemed like the entirety of the back yelled at whoever was the culprit of the banging. Their cursing was very loud, which was when I asked my wife to go take the kids to the car. There seemed to be many kids that were of school age, working until I left, which was when the dining area closed. I will not be coming back to this Zaxby's. Their food was terrible compared to the Zaxby's I usually go to. Parents, I don't suggest coming here with your kids. I regret having my kids listen to the profanity coming from the back.
Love Zaxby's Zalads! Tried fried cheese with rewards and they're good but would taste better with a different dipping sauce. So happy to be able to dine inside again!!
Every time I go I think it's going to be better but they constantly disappoint. The wait time is excruciating. They assume you want a combo when you only ask for a sandwich And then you have trouble when it comes time to pay. I have no clue how anyone leaves there happy. Should have been turned into a cookout at this point.
They always get large, complex orders correct! The food is always hot and very good!
The lettuce in my salad looked old and brown. Withered!! Should of checked it before I got home. Was disappointed!!
I waited in line for almost 30 minutes tonight. Got my food order was right but when I got home my wings were cooked so hard I literally could not bite into them. Hard as a rock. And on top of that the restaurant had already closed and the employees did not give me a receipt. Now I cannot even speak with someone about my order. I am so upset 10 dollars wasted. This is why I stopped eating out.
Waited too long for my simple order, watched atleast 4 cars behind me get their order before me. Then when I got my order home I had asked for Cole slaw instead of fries. Didn't get slaw got a large amount of fries. Also no straw for my drink.
Chris was fantastic! He truly went above & beyond. We appreciated his wonderful customer service even though the kitchen screwed up our order.
There is absolutely zero reason for your son jg room to still be closed. All others are opening theirs. It's time.
