I have not had a Wendy's frosty in quite a few years. I've always loved them and decided to try the strawberry frosty. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I was handed 2 medium cups that felt empty. So I opened one to see it full of pink stuff. I don't know when they changed the recipe but this was NOT a frosty. It was a cup of air with some kind of substance that stayed fluffed up but had no consistency to any frosty I've had in the past. Huge disappointment. I have no idea what I ate. It tasted like strawberry but it was not a frosty like back in the day. I guess the frosty is now off my list of desserts I like. So sad that my last frosty memory was a cup of strawberry fluffed air !

It’s a nice Wendy’s, but no matter how you order, you’re gonna wait 15-20 mins. I spent 25 mins in the drive through the other day.I wish if I ordered through the app (which I always do) that I can walk in and get my food from the designated pick up counter. Last time I tried this, there was no one working it, no one came up to me. I had to wait in line inside like I was ordering my food, then they started on my order.Chick Fil A does it right. Take notes Wendy’s.2 stars instead of 1 because the quality is there, but it’s called FAST food for a reason. And they’re so slow.

Don't try to dine in before 10:30. Placed a mobile order at 10:14 for breakfast to pick up. The doors were locked and i was not able to go through drive through. They finally unlocked the doors at 10:33. My kids and I go to get the food and they tell me they are no longer doing breakfast and won't make my order. My car was 2 buildings down and jiffy lube so I couldn't do drive through. Very unsatisfied and they "can't refund my order because I placed it online."

Food is usually decent. Employees could be friendlier. Always check your bags before leaving because they usually forget multiple items.For example, last visit they only gave us 2 out of the 4 drinks we ordered. Did curbside and the employee left before we could mention anything. Went inside to get missing drinks. Got home and one of the drinks was incorrect and we were missing the kids meal toy and bbq sauce for the nuggets. It’s a struggle to get a complete and accurate order.

The wait here is brutal. Prepare to spend at least 25 mins to get your food. They didn’t give us one of the burgers we ordered as a combo, and the cheese fries we got as the side were barely cooked and absolutely disgusting. The food just tastes.. off. Leaving you regretting eating here. It’s also clear they make the frosty as soon as you order but because you’re waiting 20 mins to get said food it just ends up a melted gross mess. Don’t come here.

Ordered the new hot honey chicken sandwich, it did not look anything like what was on the menu board or TV so I will try ordering it somewhere else and see if I get a better result.

Service was exceptionally slow. I can understand with staffing issues most companies are having right now.However; the CS was outstanding, food fresh, and that extraordinary second look to make sure everything is in the bag.I like that..

Wendy's out of the three big burger fast food giants has the best burger. The fries, even though they just changed their recipe, are decent. If you want a fast food salad this is where Wendy's shines. Their salads are awesome, with hot fresh and well seasoned chicken on top. It's hard to find a salad with such good portions for the price even when you compare it to the premades at the grocery store.

Went to the Wendy’s in Clayton tonight Worst experience ever. They didn’t give us any sauce any napkins or straws. And sour cream (we had chili and a baked potato) and sauce for kids nuggets and straws are the most important thing. And our fries had barley any in the container!! Like not even half full. ??‍♀️

Last time I placed a mobile order it was amazing because I could walk straight inside pick my order up and leave but today I show up and the doors are locked. I go and park in the mobile order section and I waited for 10 minutes nobody came out. The phone number is disconnected. So here I am sitting in the slowest drive-through in history and hopefully I’ll get to my food at some point this evening.
