We been coming on this Waffle house for a long time lately we been dissapointed server are good they have this system there's a caller for orders I think is not working is more confusing and taking a long time it seem only on the weekend whoever the caller is need to be on the end the production it won't be on the way every body all crump up I think is less stress and confusing for the cooked not to have in there shoulders moving products around I love the servers here
My sister and I wanted some waffles. When we arrived every table was dirty. There were 2 customers. 1 customer was eating and the other was waiting for food. 5 employees all but the cook were standing around talking. We waited for over 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. After another 10 minutes I asked my sister to look for another location. As we walked out the staff NEVER said a word.I will NEVER go here again.
Dude. Best wafflehouse experience ever! Kristen was our server and she was amazing! Not to mention the grill and line were clicking right along fast, efficient and most importantly, ACCURATE!!!!
Service was not that good. My order was all wrong. What I ordered was not cooked to my request. Eggs whites was runny, bacon under cooked and the same for the hashbrowns
Staff is very friendly, the service is quick and the food was great. What more can you ask for?
Used to eat here all the time and was sad to see them hit by staffing issues. I've tried multiple times to come for lunch and been told they are only Togo only which is fine when you can see only 1 person there and it's 3-4 pm between shifts....today I was there at 1;45 pm. Still lunch time and there were 4 staff members sitting around that had already cleaned everything up. I walked in ready to sit down and a staff member gets up and sticks a sign up saying to go only and apologizes.Lost a customer for life. I tried very hard to support this establishment during the pandemic
Our new dining place. Wait staff very friendly. Food received timely. Vent fans on low, food did not get cold. Great.
Waffles are thinner than other WH but overall everything was delicious and services was great!
The waitress we had really needs more training or a new career.
Supposedly it is 24 hours and it is the third time that I come after 12 at night and they do not want to attend us, they say it is only to take away, a lack of respect
