Got the eggplant parmigiana and it was truly substandard. It was soggy and tasteless, hidden under a mound of cheese. I can actually understand why this poor eggplant would want to hide. Eggplant is supposed to be crispy and flavorful and it shouldn’t need masses of cheese to camouflage it. Okay Venero’s used to be an above average restaurant but if they can’t get their Italian dishes right, I won’t be going there anymore.
I love this place! we've been going here since we moved here 7 years ago. we've never had an issue, the service is always great and food is great. the servers are so nice and on top of things, constantly running back and forth to serve every table.
100 (Perfect) sanitation grade on the wall is impressive in itself as this is not a new building. In my opinion everything about this restaurant is perfect to include their menu, portions, flavor, freshness, and always consistent excellent service. Six stars if I could!
We have live in JoCo for 4 years and teased about going to Venero's for awhile. Finally, we did! Sad we been missing out. The food was spectacular. I got the seafood pasta dish. Can't recall the name, but it the pricest item on the menu ($19.50). The price on the menu is quite affordable. Hubby got the Lasagna. Huge portion. The garlic knots were a knock out success. To wrap up our lunch, had an Espresso. Fresh! It was a heavenly meal. The service was personable. Friendly staff. New York based. We will brag about this place and return. For sure!!

I hadn't been to Venero's in at least 5 years, maybe close to 10. This visit was fantastic! We went for lunch. The menu offered way more than we could have dreamed of. The portions were large and everything was tasty. Service was fast and friendly without checking in every 2 seconds. Great dining experience.
Worst pizza I've had in months. Horrible box style crust. It was like eating a children's buffet style pizza at CiCis. Wings par cooked and flash fried to serve. We've given it more than just a chance but we've exhausted our 3x and out rule. Prices weren't too bad but you get what you pay for. Good prices don't matter if the food sucks. 2 waitresses on duty after church on a Sunday. Can't wait to just get our check and get out of here

We used to be frequent customers until today. Will not be returning. Charged me 16.99 for a small square of lasaga that did not cover half of the small takeout pan.. It was hard and looked liked yesterday's lasagna. Garlic knots were not even half baked. Wife's salmon was dry and sitting in the grilled veggies juice. The clerk basically called me a liar when the supervisor confronted herThat clerk had absolutely no business in a public place with her attitude..
One of my favorites. In fact thats the first place we go when my daughter visits from Nebraska. Food is Outstanding and the dining room staff is friendly and welcoming. Pricing is good. Manager has it right, other restaurants need to follow their business model. TRY IT, you'll like it!
