Drive thru staff is extremely rude and ghetto. We all want/need higher wages but that doesn’t mean you treat your source of income like garbage. The one time there’s not a line wrapped around the building and I’m being rushed to order only for me to get to the window and the girl is leaning over like my order drained the life out of her. Not worth it!

After purchasing a taco party pack a couple of drinks and a crunch wrap, my wife brings it home to massive dissapointment. The hard tacos arnt even half full, and the soft are even less. The crunchwrap was asked for no tomatoes so they decided to fill the little amount of filling they did give with tomatoes. Honestly for $33 I should have gone ANYWHERE else!

They get two stars because GENERALLY the food I get here is fresh and they remember to throw in utensils and napkins. Not today, though. We waited over half an hour with 4 cars ahead of us in the drive through. When I said I had a mobile order they couldn’t find it despite my confirmation email. When I finally got my food, the quesadilla was literally uncooked- just a tortilla folded around cold shredded cheese. The burrito was cold as ice too, just uncooked onions and unmelted cheese on beans so dry they were crumbling. No utensils, no napkins. It is actually FASTER for me to drive 25 minutes into Garner than 5 minutes here once you factor in how slow the service ALWAYS is. I have never seen anyone inside and yet they are consistently a half hour minimum wait in the drive through. Oh, and several times now they haven’t even been serving Taco Bell that day, only KFC. Maybe if anyone was halfway friendly I would keep going, but they aren’t even apologetic as they throw your food at you, so I’m done here.

I came through the drive thru at this location last night at 9:15pm. They close at 10pm. When the guy asks me for my order and I give it to him, his response was, “I’ve just been informed that we are closed and ran out of all food.” This location has gotten terrible over the years.

Horrible service, you will wait about 30 min for your food no matter if you order inside or in the drive thru. It's not even that busy there's just lines because they don't take your order. There are five cars waiting for the person to take the first car's order, there's no one in front of that car.

Drive thru wrapped around the bldg, not moving; go inside, some of the staff discussing an issue with someone not coming in due to anxiety and laughing about it. Not too pleased. If they would work together, inside of pushing off their own responsibility, the absent employee may have been at work and everyone would be in a better mood....especially the customer ?

Owner - please help this store. It always takes 30 minutes in drive thru and last night our taco pack had a teaspoon size serving of meat, maybe a a few shreds of cheese. I gave it a chance, this is the 5th time since I lived in clayton and it's always rhe same.

This KFC/ Taco Bell is the absolute worst. Drive thru is always slow, inside is always slow. The inside is old and outdated, while other Taco Bell’s have nice kiosks and clean interiors.The general manager should be embarrassed with this place.

The food was decent a few years ago but not now. It wasn't fresh. When I bit into my taco it was really soggy and the ingredients went out from the bottom. The dessert was actually pretty good and I liked it a little. But I wouldn't recommend if you want something quick for dinner. I was very dissatisfied.?

I just saw 4 customers leave the drive thru line. I cant fathom why it takes these employees so long to take and fulfill one order. Not even that many people here and somehow they manage to mess the order up!!!
