I wish I was able to give this Starbucks a five star rating because there are some very sweet and welcoming people working there but there is one girl that works there that is just so RUDE all the time, practically no costumer service, she walked right past costumers at the counter to restock ice and straws which is fine except she did not acknowledge the costumers nor tell them she would be right with them, people go to Starbucks for a pick me up and it’s a real downer when there’s people like that being the face of our morning cup of coffee.

The baristas (if you can really call them that) are always rude and unprofessional. I love Starbucks. I try to frequent this one because of its close proximity to my house when driving to work instead of going out of my way to other locations. But after virtually every experience I’ve had there, none have been pleasant. Paid for a drink and breakfast sandwich only to be told after payment that they were out of the sandwich I ordered. They comped me a similar sandwich and gave me two since they were smaller than the one I ordered. No biggie. Cool. Then my drink was only half mixed. The next time I went and ordered the same thing, they undercooked my breakfast sandwich and half mixed my drink again. The next time I went they were out of my breakfast sandwich again. First, I figured I’d just get my drink at this location and go to another location for my sandwich, but dismissed that when I remembered they had the similar sandwich they gave me on a previous visit. Hassle to go to 2 locations, yes, but whatever. I tried to order the backup sandwich they gave me last time and, even though it’s not as good as my sandwich I like, and they were out of that, too. They only serve like 3 sandwiches. How are they out of 2? After she told me that, I said scare it, I’ll just go to another Starbucks that I know keeps their inventory in stock because it wasn’t worth getting another half mixed drink and still have to go to another location anyway. Because it’s ridiculous they never have items on their menu in stock. I order the exact same thing every time I go to Starbucks. This location’s staff half does their job as baristas, are rarely ever polite, and they suck at even keeping proper inventory.
Caramel Frappuccino no sweet at all. I tried 2 times. It’s the same. Please make sure you right before talk back to the customer.

OMG I have never felt so humiliated in my life, 3 girls today were rude,disrespectful and very unprofessional. Now i ordered a Mango dragon fruit drink which was throwed to me like a animal? And when ask about e-vic card they responded we do not no or accept that card which is inside of Harris Teeter?Now look @ my pics below and tell me the difference? Looks nothing alike, Ordered and payed for Mango dragon fruit and got a basic lemonade which was terrible btw? I will have to be very desperate to go back here ever again in life? Do not waste your time or money?Customer service is not a priority @ this location?
Friendly, prompt and always great coffee....and did i mention cake pops for the grands?(grandma eats them too,shhh)
