normally i go to the starbucks at white oak but this one is closer to my job, every time i make a mobile order my drink is perfect but if i dare to get a sandwich it’s ALWAYS cold or not fully cooked. a few days ago i ordered the grilled cheese and when i got it, it was ice cold like it had been sitting for a while. today i pick up the same thing and the middle is under cooked and cold but the rest was cooked? for the almost $13 i’m paying for a grilled cheese and very small latte i sort of expect for my sandwich to at least be warm and fully cooked not cold. i used to work for the company and it’s a big no no to hand customers cold sandwiches
I love my coffee no matter the time of day the staff are always friendly and they move pretty quickly throughout the drive thru and Inside they never mess a order up.
Starbucks is a company skating by on a reputation that it has long since failed to uphold. Quality has decreased drastically while prices continue to increase. New employees are very clearly not given enough training based on the number of mistakes happening. But the real problem is the focus on fast drive thru times at the expense of quality. The baristas do not clean their tea shakers in between drinks. We order a black tea lemonade with light lemonade every single day from this location, and 8/10 times there are nasty bits of fruit mixed in. Today it was a slimy piece of strawberry. I'm honestly surprised they haven't killed someone with an allergy yet.
This place is horrible. My coffee order was wrong and when I got it fixed it still didn’t taste right. The service here is so bad and really mean I would not recommend coming to this Starbucks

I ordered a Shaken Oatmilk Espresso. It was not a pleasant experience. It lacked the feeling of substance that accompanies real milk.
Its Starbucks, good coffee but it's not hot enough for me. Make mine hotter please...
