Went in to place a take out order. Place was clean but stunk so bad of bleach that I couldn't wait to get out of there. Certainly wouldn't have sat down to eat. Scale it back on the cleaner! I ordered a quesadilla and it was the greasiest, nastiest, no chessiest, no meatiest food i've ever eaten. I couldnt eat it at all and had to throw in the trash when I got home. Don;t recommend if this is the quality of food they put out.
Walking in to this restaurant you first see the bar. You are then greeted and taken to your table. Our server did a great job. They bring you chips with a bean dip. That was good but just a tad spicy. We ordered drinks. Modelo was good as usual but the margaritas were not that good. Ordered food and got the sizzling enchiladas. They were actually really good other than the fact they put lettuce on the hot plate. All in all a good experience and we will return.
I purchased the carne asada for lunch through door dash and the beans were rotten. I ate a spoonful before realizing it (hopefully it doesn't make me sick) but there's not a chance that they didn't know/realized it. It was probably beans from yesterday or the day before and not a fresh batch.....so disgusting and completely unacceptable.
Customer service is not a priority. Get one price on the phone then charged more at the store. This has happened twice to me and my family. Bunch of crooks... All first responder and people with integrity should stay away from them. Over priced crooks.. do not be fooled.
Delicious food that was the best I have had in awhile around here and great pricing. A lot of other restaurants around here are over priced and not enough food. The salsa bar was wonderful as well! My daughter wants to go two nights in a row. ?
Great tacos, tortilla soup and a friendly family run business.Cold Pacifico beer pairs well with their food and salsas in the salsa bar. Spicy pumpkin!?! For sure!!And topping it off are the little candies they give you with the check :)

It had been a while since we had authentic Mexican food. The typical restaurants here in Garner/Clayton cater more towards local residents (bland, fattening, covered in sweet sauces). This place was legit. Tamales and chili relleno remind me of back home in Los Angeles. We will definitely be back again!
