Food is good, but always over an hour and tonight didn’t even answer their phones…probably so they could field their orders through the online app which costs more than if I called it in. Jig is up!
The food wasn’t bad, I liked that it had fresh veggies on it and the crust wasn’t too thick and was actually good (I normally don’t eat pizza crust). My complaint is that we ordered curbside and then when we arrived and called, like the instructions indicated, we were told that ‘we don’t do curbside anymore you’re going to have to come in and get your pizza’. This wasn’t ok to me because they shouldn’t offer a service that they don’t actually provide; you never know the reason why a customer ordered food utilizing a curbside service and to simply say sorry, we don’t do that anymore, you have to figure it out, isn’t ok.If you don’t offer the service make sure that it’s no longer listed as an option.
Been attending this establishment since Oct 2021. Placed an speciality pizza(white spinach chicken). Got it home wrong order, called back young man decided he "couldn't locate my order". Told me he would make another one, but charge me!!?? Huh? Wrong response. The proper way to handle this would have been, sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just ate here truck driver from GA. The food was hot and fresh, place is nice and clean. Ordered the wings, calzone and salad. Food is tasty! Thanks Muhammad!
Ordered at 6:30, took more than an hour for the initial delivery. Sandwich was wrong, called back, they offer to remake it, 8:45 the sandwich shows up cold. $6.00 off my next order was offered. First and last visit. Clayton needs Gordon Ramsay.
Husband accidentally ordered me the eggplant sub instead of the pasta but it was delicious! Husband enjoyed his Stromboli Supreme and Fried mushrooms are always the best!
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I SAW THE GENTLE MEN WHO WAS PREPARING MY FOOD GO TO THE BATHROOM WITH his GLOVES ON Came out WITH SAME GLOVES AND COME Back and start preparing food!!! 2 OTHER PEOPLE WALKED OUT AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND THE YOUNG KID BEGAN TO CUSS AT ME AND IM NOT EVEN GOING TO PUT THE WORDS HE SPOKE TO ME HIS MOMMA SHOULD BE REALLY PROUD FOR HIM TO SPEAK SUCH LANGUAGE TO A WOMEN!!!!
Ordered a large pizza and sub on-line with a pickup time of my choosing. I walked in, food was handed to me right away and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and polite. Food had excellent flavor and was much better than the large chains. I've been here several times over the years and experience has always been great. Highly recommended!
Delivered a cold pizza. Tasted terrible and a real waste. Called to discuss with them and they put me on forever hold. I want to support local business but they really need to do better. Such a disappointment!
Had my first experience with this gem on Wednesday night. The service and food was amazing. Very friendly folks. I felt immediately welcomed with smiles and big personalities. We just moved to Clayton, and this is our pizza place. A must go to if you're in the area.
