Pizza delivery one hour late. Called several times to check status and was put on indefinite hold. Grub Hub delivered pizza cold to the tune of $43 including a $6.00 delivery fee.I ordered around 3:00 for a delivery at 5:30. Did not until 6:39. They could have told me it could not be delivered and I would have picked up. I was told they short handed around 6:00.Papa John’s used to be the best pizza around but not any more. The crust appeared to be pre-made and dried out.
My order is 1 hour late. I still cannot get through to anyone without being out on hold. I will never use them again!!
We had a really big order for work and the employee went over and beyond to make sure our order was filled and ready when we arrived. Everyone was pleased with the food and we can not thank them enough for working with us to make this happen.
I met the new GM personally this evening and he was very pleasant as well as his staff. I can tell he cares about quality service.
3 hours of waiting for delivery. Once I can understand. This is the second time and shall be the last. We drove to a different city last time and picked up the exact same meal, made it home and started eating when they were late with delivery the last time. My phone call was not answered and no call was made to myself about the order or delivery. The app said it was on its way and still 2 hours went by without notice.
one of the worst customer i have ever had with a pizza place. they delivered my pizza to the wrong location, and after a hour and a half i call in to check the status. they stated they knew they sent it to the wrong place and waited for me to call in to let me know. even though they have my phone number because the driver texted me an updated stating they left the store. then asked if i wanted to wait another hour for a pizza to be made and delivered. instead of making a replacement right away after they knew they gave my order to the wrong person. #neveragain at this place
I mean yeah you can order from here, but you might not get your pizza. So there's that. You also aren't going to get great customer service. After waiting an hour for our pizza, I called to ask about it because the tracker said it was delivered. Took 3 times waiting on hold to actually talk to someone. Then, get this - these people KNEW we didn't get our pizza and waited for us to call them. The lady I spoke to knew what order it was without me even having to tell her my name, and she knew that the order was delivered to the wrong address by the driver, yet she somehow didn't know to call me or start remaking the order. They waited for me to call them after over an hour. I was then told I could either wait another hour for them to remake it or they could issue a refund. It seems like people not actually getting the food they order is a common issue with this location according to the reviews. So yeah, go ahead and order your pizza if you're willing to gamble your time to see if you actually get it. I hope your kids aren't hungry.
Everyone was friendly and working hard to fill orders. The cashier was very inviting and polite. The pizza was ready on time and delicious!
Terrible customers service. I ordered my food at 5:53 yes it was busy so I understood the wait….like most of the customers that were waiting. I checked the status by calling the number and it said it was done.When I walked in, I walked to the desk. Two female workers stood there and didn’t say a word. No greeting, not even “I’ll be with you in a minute”. So finally after 3 mins. I asked the lady if she could check my order. Of the vat she had an attitude that I even said anything. She acted like she was “looking” for my pizza… and really didn’t. She never got back to me (mind you I was still at the desk). She started handing out everyone else pizza right in front of me. So I stepped back and waited 5 minutes went back to her ! And she still had to words to say about my pizza.Turns out that the whole time they didn’t even put my order in/they made it wrong. But is she would’ve told me that from the start I would’ve been a little more accepting.Not to mention none of the employees wears mask… in another heighten of a pandemic !! I’m a health care worker, and if I have to wear a mask vaccinated or not they should as well especially while handling peoples food !!!!!! It just amazed me how all the customers that came in had a mask on, but they didn’t.
Wings tasted like they were boiled then tossed in BBQ sauce. Pizza looked like a blindfolded drunk threw handfuls of toppings on it from across the room. Absolutely disgusting.
