Had 10 piece spicy nugget meal dry as you can see I tried to call but no one answered the phone also have my fries they were cold and my double quarter pounder was dry as well Very disappointed pay for two meals and ate none of it Spicy chicken nuggets look like overdone chicken strips I work 13 hours at work I wanted to come home and have a quick meal so I can turn around and do it all over again but now I have to stand in the kitchen and cook for another two hours before I can eat and go to bed and be back up for work tomorrow morning at five
I just ordered a Caramel Macchiato and some oatmeal from here, and they could not even get that right. After paying they tell me the machine for the Macchiato isn't working so I take a Frappe. Then after I get to work I find out that they gave me a hot bowl of soup basically with all the water I had in the oatmeal and didn't even let me know they were out of the apples that is supposed to come with it. If I didn't have to be at work I would have went back for a refund. I won't be stopping here anymore.
My son went with a group of friends tonight to McDonald’s and the entire group ordered and my son was last to order. The manager came up and said bc it was past dining room closing time the lady at the register didn’t have to take anymore orders. They both walked away leaving my son standing there alone. Didn’t even say a word to him. THE ONLY ONE THAT DIDN’T ORDER….. Wow Chick-fil-A would have never done that!
Aprx 40 minutes in drive thru to order, pay, receive food & got Cold tasteless Fries! Took 17 minutes from time I pulled into the line to order food. Has been additional 12 minutes since I ordered my food and I haven't been able to get to window 1 to pay... Just got receipt showing order was time stamped 12:58p.. just got food at 1:19p. Short staffed they say, many called out sick, so put up a sign to let us know it'll be 40mins of our life we'll never get back for soggy cold fries... & where's regional management, time to get into your restaurant and work a Sunday!!
After waiting in line for 30 minutes, order was missing 1 of the 4 biscuits and 2 of the 3 I did get were made wrong. The ticket on the biscuits was correct so it obviously was not looked at or ignored…
You can go to any McDonald's any place. The service at the Clayton McDonald's will be better at it's worst when other McDonald's are at their best. If you're fortunate enough to go through the drive-thru when Rhonda is in charge your order will always be 100% correct. I don't know how they do it. This location should be used as a training store. Before you even think it no I don't work there or am not related to anyone who does. I simply like that it's the one place I know I can go and 95% or better they're always going to get it 100% correct.
This location in particular never gets our order right. Food and/or drinks are always missing, meaning I have to go back through the drive through.Drinks are handed to you with soda dripping down the sides (not fun to get sticky Coke in your cupholders).And the fries NEVER taste fresh.Go to the one in Flowers by Harris Teeter, folks!
Ordered four double cheese and got three because the guy “forgot” to put the fourth on the order even though he read out four. Then went back in to get the third one because they didn’t even put that in the bag. Guy gave me a bag and apologized. Got home and I got a McDouble instead. Seriously? Horrible.
Customer service is awful. They are very rude if you dare to ask a question. Food was cold by the time I waited 45 minutes inline only to get fries and a sweet tea. I will drive 30 minutes to go to different mcdonalds. Will NEVER go to this 1 again. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!
Water instead of sprite for happy meal and no Sweet and sour sauce in my daughters happy meal. You want $15 an hour and something this simple was forgotten. Thank god you don’t have any real responsibilities in life. They lost my business. Wendy’s all the way.
