I don’t even want to give them one star. This McDonald’s is a joke. I will never go back. The can’t even take your order right in the drive through. I waited at least 5 minutes before a man came on the speaker and that was after a girl stopped taking the other cars order in the other lane. I was saying hello is anyone going to take my order. Then they told me to go sit in a parking spot and wait. I was the only person in the drive through
I know many places are understaffed right now, and I am sympathetic to that. The issue I have with this McDonald's is they don't seem to quality check the orders before sending them out. Multiple times I've gotten an order with at least one item missing. Ordered through DoorDash, and half of the combo meal was missing, while the cheeseburgers smelled sour and tasted old/rotten.At the drive thru or in the store, the wait is much longer than one would reasonably expect for a basic meal. I understand if they don't have enough workers and have to move at a slower pace, but there have been times I've waited 15+ minutes for a cheeseburger and small fry.The store itself is filthy -- no clean tables, dead flies on the windows, and a sticky layer of unidentifiable substance on the seats and counters.The McDonald's on 70 is more reliable, which is not a high bar. I really want this McDonald's to succeed in the area, but for the foreseeable future, I'll be going elsewhere.
If you're looking for fast food, buying your own livestock would be quicker than this place. As of right now my wife has been waiting for 30 minutes for a mobile order. This is the second time in two months we've gotten food from here. The first time we waited 20 minutes and they didn't even realize that we had an order. The staff are lazy. Someone here is over paid.. not sure if it's the staff or the managers. We'll consider other places when we need something quick for dinner.
I love McDonald's but I must say this is the 3rd time they have left out items we ordered. We ordered through door dash and then switched to Grug hub and finally Uber eats (we order once a week for family movie night....and this is my kids go to choice of food). The bags are stapled shut so I don't think it's a delivery issue. Now that it's happened 3 times in a row with all different delivery services, I'm certain it's the fault of McDonald's and I'm starting to wonder if the missing items are on purpose.
This McDonald's has a lot to be desired. Especially with 3 drive windows. We were bullied out of what we really wanted. Then the drinks came first, no straws. Told to pull forward to next window and sat for what seemed like an eternity. Finally get our food. Still had to request straws. Biscuit had no flavor and the meat (I got chicken,which I didn't want) was so over cooked it had a littoral rubbery texture. But alas let's move on to the drinks. Both were iced Coffee. One vanilla, one caramel. But no they were both vanilla and absolutely not one grain of sweetener was added. So disappointed. I always thought the idea of McDonald's was the same across the board no matter the location. Not any more. This place was horrible. Not to mention the young man who had so much hair it couldn't even stay under his visor. I recommended staying away.
I will have to say that when this McDonald’s just got here, they were trash, service was slow and not up to par! But recently I’ve been several tubes and service was amazing, food came out quick! Assuming they just needed to work kinks out! Great job McDonald’s!
What a joke. This is absolutely the most mismanaged eating establishment I’ve ever been to. No curbside, no open dining room, no employees on staff, the longest and slowest drive thru lines of any McDonalds. Someone is way deep over their head. Nice job on the new restaurant. SMH.
Terrible customer service, higher prices than other McD chains and they don’t honor the app coupons the way other McDs do. We went by the Zebulon chain as a quick stop, only to be met with a rude drive thru worker who refused to honor the normal free happy meal with combo code we get weekly at our usual chain (a different franchise owner with lower prices and better service). We won’t return to this franchise or any other owned by this group.
Don't really care for McDonald's. Only went there cuz that's what my sis wanted. Their biscuits are much too thick. Who wants to eat that so early in the morning. I couldn't finish it. But I do like their coffee. Also chicken didn't taste real, not crunchy.
There is a guy there. They called him buddy. I understand they may be busy, but he never, never should yell to customers. I honestly was close to jump and ….To pick up food in the website they have different instructions than the ones they have in the store.The rest of the workers were nice and polite …..
