I made an online order that I had to wait an additional 40 minutes longer than promised. I ordered a stuff crust pizza, and was given a regular crust pizza that was not made fresh. Horrible customer service with horrible management skills.
Was in a rush so didn’t check until I got home bc I never usually have a problem at other little Caesar’s. Wish I would have checked before kids wouldn’t eat it and I didn’t feel like going all the way back to Clayton
Ordered food through Doordash. Food was delivered to the wrong house. Tried to call the restaurant, they NEVER answered the phone. Doordash said I had to wait 24 hrs for them to resolve the issue. Bottom line....money spent and still no food!
Horrible customer service they will not answer their phone I understand it’s hard to find help. But when your online order is missing half the order someone should answer the phone from the half dozen times I called …I hope who ever got the rest of my order enjoys it .
Always friendly and overall a good place. However I don’t understand why they don’t have more pizza ready between 4-7 every day of the week. Shouldn’t have to wait for a cheese pizza a crazy bread in these hours. Yes I should of used the app and called ahead.
I used to go here at least once a week and always spent at leat $60 worth of food. I know they are short staffed but you can tell manger or owners don't care. I went tonight give little Caesars another chance. And just like the rest of the time there closing early and only have 1 pizza. So I went up the street again and like always there tens cars deep but the were WORKING as hard as the can. The manger was even working. So long story short if your in clayton don't waste you time just go to big cheese up the road.

Food Safety Violation and Consumer Physical SafetyWe visited this location and had a very unpleasant visit. They are always changing general managers and hourly backline workers; so it appears that they can't consistently keep a good team of people who are willing to do the work. Their hours have been cut back to 3pm to 8pm daily and it has been this way for along time. We ordered online, 2 "Slices-N-Stix" pizzas (something we were willing to try for the first time; our favorites are sausage and pepperoni extra most bestest pizzas). We literally had to wait 35 minutes after ordering online to get our food and when we did, our order had to be remade causing us to wait another 1hour and 30 minutes to closing time; making other customers think we were the cause of their orders being late as well. The general manager complained about being new and his entire team being new as well; this is definitely not the way to hand down a store to a new general manager (set up for failure).In addition, after requesting a remake, the new general manager (first week working) stated, "Sir and Mame, your pizzas won't look like the examples on the menu board or anything we may advertise in any magazine." Since he decided to make his statement out loud in front of other consumers who were already upset with the long wait, it caused even more of a reaction from these customers. They started exchanging words with us by cursing about their wait and stating, "Just take the damn food and leave." We stated, "Mind your business if you aren't paying for our food." The back and forth arguing continued without the manager mediating the situation; causing a potential fight in the store and it continued outside the store putting our lives at risk. The general manager didn't do anything to de-esculate the situation, however, he incited an unsafe environment for our well being by talking out loud in front of other customers to invite them to join in on his opinion versus having a private conversation with us about our orders.After getting home, we discovered that our pizzas weren't done. Of course, we could've put them in the oven to finish baking, however, who spends money for raw food. This is a violation of food safety in any state especially North Carolina. Eating undercooked pizza dough is dangerous. It can cause serious bacterial diseases, resulting in food poising (E. coli, Salmonella, or other harmful bacteria) stomach aches, vomiting, and severe diarrhea. Raw flour is not healthy at all; rather, it could be a cause of serious stomach diseases.Everyone, please be careful when ordering from this location. Compromising your safety and health isn't worth even the most expensive pizza being sold at this location. If you have kids, this could definitely be detrimental to their health if they continue passing out raw food. This company, founded in 1959, has been a major staple in many communities; and I believe with all my heart, that if they knew this location was constantly being managed this way, the entire team would be replaced or retrained properly. Executive management, please step in to fix this location.
I love Little Caesars, however, at this location I ordered on the app ahead of time for pickup and it wasn't ready on time. No biggie, but they were closing early the day before Thanksgiving so they had a few other people waiting as well. I finally got my order and this is what it looked like. It wasn't cooked completely, nor cut. I am not sure what happened here as to why a deep dish was made like this, but I also ordered a five meat treat round. That also wasn't cooked all the way. I called the store and got no answer. How can you knowingly give this to a customer? This location needs to do better. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I love Little Caesars, but this location needs to get it together.
I would normally give a 4 or 4.5 but tonight of all nigh I ordered my deep dish and a cheese for the kids. They forgot to make my cheese so I waited abt 38 minutes and when I walked in I was the only one in the store. So people came after and left before me. Then when I finally get home I had to recook my deep dish it was undercooked and all toppings where sliding off just trying to pick up the slice ..
