Our large pepperoni pizza only had about 10 pepperoni's on it and the Stromboli had cubed ham in it. Will never go back.

First off I will note that the food is really good and the driver was on time for the first drop off. The kitchen clearly has some problems getting the order right. Ordered food for delivery, the first pizza was completely wrong and devoid of all toppings. Called them up and they brought a replacement pizza (took 45mins). Toppings were still wrong, but close enough that I didn't bother complaining and just enjoyed it. Next time I'll probably just go for pickup and check that the food is correct before I walk out the door.

They are lots of recommendations here but not all are legitimate, I will say it's the grace of God I was able to come across Ava Henry . My life changed for good I only invested $1000 to her platform just after six days I was overwhelmed with Joy I earned profit of $11500. I ordered my pizza and salad at 7:48pm ETA was supposed to between 8:35-8:54. I called them at 9pm guy said it was just coming out of the oven, I guess they came and left my pizza on the front porch maybe 30 mins ago and I had no idea so my pizza is cold now, happy I got it but pizza delivery notice would've been great.

One star because I can’t rate zero stars. Ordered on GrubHub, an hour after expected delivery time…no pizza. Tried calling the restaurant and no answer. GrubHub was great, cancelled the order and issued a refund. Never got a call from the restaurant that there was a problem. Won’t be ordering again

This is such an unfortunate review. Not only was the order wrong, but the owner argued with me and hung up on me twice. We ordered 1 stromboli and 1 spaghetti and meatballs that comes with a salad. We received 1 calzone and 1 spaghetti with no salad. After calling to let them know, I was told that I did receive a stromboli when we very clearly did not. It seems the owner does not know the difference between the two but charges more for the stromboli. I asked if the order could be corrected, he said it was correct. It clearly was not. He told me to go enjoy the food and hung up. I called back and asked if we could have a civil conversation and asked again for him to simply redo the order the correct way to which he replied that he would send someone to pick up the food and that was it. Just two weeks ago we ordered a pizza from here and had WONDERFUL service with two of his employees so it shocks me that he would act in such a way. I understand when times are busy we cannot devote a lot of time to an issue, but when two out of two items in an order are not correct, its important to take the necessary time to address these issues, whether you feel they are correct or not. For someone who owns a pizzeria, its quite shocking to find out they don't know and don't care to know the difference between two of the items on their menu. One star for not even trying to be a decent person. Included is a picture of a stromboli and a calzone, just so you can see the difference.

La Bella Pizzaria always exceeds my expectations‼️From the made from scratch NY style Pizzas to the Philly Steak and Chicken sandwiches and so much more! Nasim and his team put a lot of love into the food they make. They cook all of their food using the finest ingredients! Stop wasting your money on places that use overly processed meats like Dominos, Papa John's ect.... During these times lets support our local small businesses. They need it more than big corporations. Stop complaining about the delivery times and xyz... We are in a pandemic and they are doing the absolute best they can with what they have! ? P.S. the pizza at La Bella's gives you a feeling of eating pizza in New York. Without traveling all those miles to get it! ?

Financial Indigestion - 12 hours after I had finished paying for my meal I have this come through(see below)....I did not leave a tip on the receipt I handed cash for the jar....so to be charged for an unauthorized tip of $5.00 I have to ask WHY? Can Management explain this ?Cash App: Your transaction at La Bella Pizzaria has been updated from $19.36 to include tip. Your new total is $24.36

I placed our order at 7:15 lastnight and our pizza didn’t arrive until a little after 9:15. Food was warm-ish, but not hot. The calzones were hood, but probably would have been better had we gotten them sooner. The bread sticks were “ok”. When I called to inquire, the man that answered told me they only had 1 driver, but this should have been relayed at the beginning. Tree his isn’t the 1st time this has happened and probably won’t be the last.

We have ordered from LA Bella Pizzaria many times, trying not to make a hasty decision. However, after many repeated order's delivered with missing items. Waiting for a second delivery for the rest of dinner and being rudely treated by the management staff. I clearly say - save yourself the trouble - go somewhere else. I will never Eat at La Bella Pizzaria again and I will not recommend this place to anyone else. They can't get an order correct and if you dare call them on it - the management team will treat you in a very disrespectful manner. This is one 'local shop' that the community would be better off without.
