Every visit to Jones is great ! I love the community feel and the food is always perfect !

This is my go to lunch spot. It's a small town vibe, where the staff know the locals and make the visitors feel welcome. The food is simple, but it's got great flavor and served fresh. Their burgers and dogs always hit the spot, and the onion rings are some of the best I've ever had. You may have a wait depending on what time you're there, but it is definitely worth it ?
Hot dogs are great, price is great, and a very friendly staff. When it's crowded it can be chaos getting a table....but worth it.
The food was delicious and very reasonable. Our server was great..... We live in Durham and would travel all the way to Clayton again just to go there to eat!!

We began our Saturday weekly visit to Jones Lunch or Jones Cafe ... whatever you wanna call it ... we just say Jones. They have the friendliest service, great sanitation grade but hands-down the best bacon, lettuce and tomatoe sandwiches around. In fact, they often quickly come to the Tableau confirm, "The usual?" Their pancakes are HUGE and friends tell me they're good. I have enjoyed their bacon, eggs and homefriesbefore along as well as a hamburger and fries, but always return to the BLT.
