We went in and ordered 2 chili dogs, 6 plain cheeseburgers, hot ham and cheese meal 2 chocolate shakes. It took forever for the young man to ring up the order. The manager walked by and said thank you for your patience, he is new. Well my thoughts were come over and teach him. Then as we waited for our food, we watched as he dropped a bag on the floor and then put it back to put food in (not our food) Even with it taking so long to get our food it wasn't correct. The manager came up and his clothes were COVERED in animal fur ( Disgusting) We drove 2 miles home and the fries was ice coldI just don't understand SMH ? ?
Haven’t been to Hardee’s in a while but went today. Customer service was fantastic and the dining room was very clean. I’ve been very disappointed every time I’ve eaten fast food lately at other places I used to love. They say they’re short staffed and make excuses. Not sure what Hardee’s is doing differently, but it was a great experience. Thank you! We will be back.
My experience at Hardee's was not a good one. I got the mushroom and Swiss cheese burger and it was salty and the bun was not the good bun that I like and the fries were not hot.
Was quick and polite but the drys were soaked in oil and burnt along with the sweet tea I got was old and had grains of tea in the cup.
The two ladies in the front were great!!!! Cook in the back seemed to having a very bad day. I hope he finds his peace
Went there 2 days in a row for lunch, both times cashier kinda rude. Got the chili dog both times it was good. Moderate speed in DT not too fast.
Closed at 6:30pm today it is never open and no shakes. Had same problem for last three attempted visits not going back until they have new grand reopening
We waited 30 minutes drive thru for chicken tenders, Frisco burger and Hardee's double cheese burger. They have the people behind us their order and when we asked about ours.she said she would check on it 10 minutes later nothing. We are now attempting to get a refund. The manager was kind and gave us a refund.
At this particular Hardee's, the food is always fresh and the staff is nice. I stop by there whenever I'm in Clayton
Manager Arron was extremely helpful and courteous even though they were under staffed.
