I go to Hardee's because I am on a Keto diet and you can just order a low carb version of a burger and they wrap it in lettuce without question. Also, the chicken tenders are a fan favorite in my household.
This was the second time eating at this Hardee's. The staff was friendly and the food was served fresh. Only issue was, like my first time, they don't keep the Tea stocked and just remove it once it's empty. I was there an hour and they never replaced it. Dining area and restrooms were clean.
The food is good, I'm not a fan of there fries. They taste blah! I do like there fried chicken.
Empty at lunch time on a weekday while it’s the only fast food restaurant in close proximity to a major hospital and medical park should be a sign that something is wrong. The one thing you’ll get here whether you order it or not is piping hot attitude. I understand that in these times, fast food places are short-staffed. I also in general don’t have high expectations from fast food places. I do however expect that when I patronize a business during normal business hours that I do not feel like I am somehow interrupting somebody’s day. I imagine it must have been nice to just stand around doing nothing until I ruined it by placing my order. Again, only car in the drive thru on a Monday afternoon, during what most would consider to be lunch rush hours. Perhaps if that free time occurs again, you can use it to learn how to communicate with others or improve your attitude. Just think, 3 years ago somebody was doing your job and they weren’t making the 15 an hour that you are currently.
The next time come to this location and y’all give me my food cold It’s gone be a BIG PROBLEM!!!!! Charge all that money for a meal y’all can at least make sure it’s HOT!!!!! HORRIBLE
First timer. Took my grandson the other day, service was ridiculous! Order was wrong after continually repeating myself and to make things worse, our food was cold. The supervisor on duty just apologized and didn't offer us anything. It's bad when even a 9 year old is dissatisfied.
Clayton located on 42 west at Springbrook. Ordered 2 Really big Hardee's burgers. Had to wait for them, supposed to be cooking, when we finally get them they are cold . Employee didn't want to give us hot food or our money back..Maybe it was just the help at the time being sorry. The morning shift at least seems to care about the customers.
Worst unbelievable experience in a drive through at any restaurant. Would NEVER stop at this particular Hardee's again. I will report this store to the corporate office. I stopped yesterday evening after an 8 hour drive, and leaving on another 8 hour trip. Thought I would grab a quick bite to eat. They were not busy. They were sufficiently staffed. Went through the drive through. Was told to wait to place my order. Only one car in line ahead of me. FINALLY she told me to go ahead with my order. She took my order efficiently, so I drove to the window, paid, got my drink, and was told to pull forward to the white line and she would be right out with my order, a burger and fries. There were AT LEAST 4 girls in sight walking around in the restaurant behind the counter. I pulled up to the white line. One car pulled to the window behind me. After 20 minutes of sitting there, I honked my horn for service and to remind them that I was waiting. ZERO RESPONSE. They finally gave the guy behind me his food and he drove around me and left. I honked my horn again as the woman gave him his food. She didn't acknowledge me or even look my direction. So, I backed up to the window. I was extremely unhappy. Had just driven 8 hours, was leaving to drive 8 more hours. They were the most incompetent team I have ever seen. They had ZERO customer care training. Admittedly, I was not kind. They could've cared less that I had sat there for nearly 25 minutes. They offered me no explanation or food. They just walked around, closed the window on me as I demanded either my food or my money back. Finally, a subordinate evidently went to the manager (who was hiding) for a key to the register. She asked for my receipt and reimbursed a credit card purchase with cash. Then called me sweetheart, and wished me a good evening. Absolutely ZERO explanation why they made me wait, and ZERO explanation of why no food was even offered to me. And, in addition to that, she didn't reimburse me the full amount of my order. Absolutely unbelievable experience! The corporate office needs to clean the evening shift out at this particular store! The sooner, the better. I'm still in shock at this experience! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Not sure what's going on with this Hardee's but I hope it's temporary. We've been going regularly since they opened and have always been really happy. Hardee's has found a niche with their higher quality food and have been able to charge more than other fast food restaurants because of it, but not anymore.We'll try a few more times and each time I will edit this review either up or down but I expect it won't be up. They've changed something about their burgers and they no longer have the charbroiled taste. They are just a bland, meat textured patty similar to McDonalds and we'll certainly not give them much more of our money if it stays like this. We ordered and the young guy got that wrong, twice, and then the food wasn't even close to what we expected. Then I tried to go to the website to leave a review and it's a site so full of ads and scripts that I was unable to ever leave my review. Hopefully someone will see this review and comment, as I will be happy to discuss this with anyone in the Hardee's organization. We were so happy to get you on our side of Clayton and this is a let down.
Consistently good food, and beverage. This restaurant excellent with the staff on duty. They are located right outside the hospital, and several medical offices, so we have cause to be there too frequently. Every time we have been there, they have been very accommodating.
