Nice kids behind the counter, but they'll get your orders wrong every time somehow...or something else weird happens.My mom's steak and cheese didn't have the peppers even though she asked for them. (And then didn't take her phone number so she didn't get points, oh well)My son's meatball had a good amount of what seemed like cheese paper in it. Ick!I ordered mine with everything, but had to ask for all the the side after the fact (I was the only one who checked my sandwich).Other than that it's a rewarding place to eat. Haha.
My son and I walked in behind a white customer and heard and saw that he was greeted with a hello welcome to firehouse subs... We walked up and no one greeted us until I smiled and said hello to the one to take our order. It was already an awkward feeling for us both as my 10 yr old pointed it out to me first. But we were willing to see would it get better. We ordered 4 sub's, all at which we thought were hot subs. We didn't stay to eat, as we were picking subs up for baseball practice. We went to the park to eat before practice and upon opening our containers all the sub's were cold. Nothing is hot nor warm. Also it was clearly printed on the receipt to not put cheese on my sons turkey sandwich and it was full of cheese. I tried to call them but the phone messaging system was full.So I went back in person to let them know and the manager fixed my son a new and bigger sandwich. He was nice and friendly. And i think the first arrival may have been a misunderstanding. They remembered me and was very helpful in getting what I needed for my son. I will try them again. As my google reviews show I am big on customer service.
Order was not quite as placed. Not a huge fan of their cake-like bread. Inside very clean and roomy.
Great sandwich and service. Bad loitering that needs to be taken care of. A young man tried to pick me up as a 9 month pregnant mom coming in and leaving. Very strange loitering habits here and was uncomfortable.
I love their subs but do NOT order a pick up order from them because they’ll get it wrong. Despite my previous experience where I picked up my order and half the items were missing because I was not told that you have to get your own chips and deserts off the shelf you’re self add to your order. After I complained I was contacted and assured this was not the norm but rather and oversight. So I tried placing another online/pickup order again yesterday evening. Not only did I have to add the items to the bag again, they did not follow the customize directions and put mayonnaise on one of the sandwiches that was marked NO MAYO. I guess the folks preparing the order don’t realize that when they don’t read the order and then customize as requested they are ruining someone’s meal. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice and shame on me. I’m done with this place and recommend you proceed with caution when ordering online because they’re 2 for 2 with getting my orders incomplete and/or wrong.
Sandwich was just ok, not worth the price for me. Service was good though even though it took a long time to get my order.
The turkey bacon melt is absolute delicious!! It has a great flavor and is a filling meal.
Good flavor and service. It's a shame the cost of the sandwich vs the amount of meat isn't more in line, otherwise I would visit more often.

Sandwich got cold before we knew it was ready. Liked when it brought to the table.
