Great variety of food very well prepped , The customer service is untouchable as well I am a regular Coustemer my family and I love it!

Great subs and food to be had here. I've been here a couple of times and grabbed lunch and this place never disappoints. Super fresh salads and great subs made with very fresh bread. Super clean small dining room and a clean bathroom. Employee's here are super friendly and the food comes out fairly quickly. I very much enjoy the food here and I highly recommend this place to anybody around.
Never had eaten here before my only visit. I'm not judging them based on their speed bc small businesses are all kind if slow due to staff issues. The 3 stars is because the sandwich itself wasn't impressive....at all. Nothing made it stand out from any other restaurant. I've had way better at other mom and pop style pizza joints.The staff was extremely nice and working hard. They were very impressive.The inside felt a little dated, but that's really not an issue
I called to have an order delivered, and unfortunately it went through Grubhub. After a while I wondered where my order was, so it turns out the person at Grubhub who took the order entered the delivery address the same as the restaurant's address. So evidently, the driver went to Famous Philly's, picked up my order, and then immediately left it there and texted that it had been delivered.Why am I leaving a one-star review for Famous Philly's? Because they are responsible for who they choose to do business with. They think they can just brush this off as being Grubhub's issue, but it is actually Famous Philly's problems because they CHOSE to do business with an incompetent company. Then when things go wrong, they tell the customers it is not their fault. It is their fault for cutting corners and doing business with incompetent third-party businesses such as Grubhub.
I ordered through door dash . An I can't believe I haven't ate from here before . It was phenomenal ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 4$ for a small fry y'all was alittle greedy with them but the Philly made up for it . So goodddddd.
The staff was extremely friendly. This was my first visit and asked if their Philly steak and cheese sandwiches were as good as in the response we will try our best. My response is it was a GREAT STEAK AND CHEESE SUB.
We just order from them for the 1st time and I won’t order anymore. I ask for extra mushrooms and cheese in my 10” cheesesteak, didn’t get it.My Hubsand cheesesteak was awesome. We got 2 orders of buffalo wings well well done and they won’t. I just don’t understand. This was a simple order and i couldn’t get what I wanted. Never will I order again. We decided to try to support and was very let down.Lemonade you need to just buy juice from food lion and serve it smhIs d I had to give an $8 tip for thisGrubhub who we use and he was on time, early actually. ????? Ordered through Uber eats twice now 1st time I ordered hot wings got naked wings no ranch inspite request chilli cheese fries I paid 3.99 for was messed up both times small amount of fries not enough chilli or cheese request are totally ignored & service slow Uber driver sat for 20minz waiting
They're very friendly if a little quick on the check out. I'm editing this because after we got home we found out they were way too quick. They gave us the wrong item but my husband was so hungry he ate it anyway. They did NOT respond to phone calls so we'll be VERY careful IF we go back again!!
