The guy employee was nice (so he gets an extra star), but the girl employee just ignored us. We waited quite a while. They had zero donuts and the place just looked back. Had to be the worst Dunkin or Baskin Robbins I have ever been too. It is a shame that this is the only one in Clayton, by the look of it Clayton might not have one at all soon. I don't see us coming back unless this place gets a complete make over and possible new management too.
Absolutely the best caramel iced coffee and doughnuts anywhere! Fast service with no mistakes. I've never quite figured out their app though...
The clerk attitude was great. But I asked for a large coffee light n sweet, 10 sugar n 10 creams. It was neither. They only got 2 stars for the friendly clerk.
I will never go back there for myself or for door dash. They are very rude. This morning i got huffed and eyes rolled at me because i had to go threw the drive thru for door dash due to an injury and i normally go in. And what kills me is thw order was on the counter its not like they had to a mile to get it, it was literally right behind her. This isnt the first time either. Dont like your job find another one
Counters were dirty, chocolate milk was definitely rotten, one of the employees was splashing floor cleaning product around open-case donuts. I'm afraid to even eat any of this. We even went in instead of the drive-through in order to make sure they didn't get the order wrong, like they normally do in drive-through. 2020 really did a number on this place, huh? At least they wore gloves. Guess we're finding a new Dunkin's :(
I like their new avocado toast. I was expecting a thin smear of avocado, but there was a good quantity and it was seasoned perfectly. Yummy!!! I was disappointed in their selection of sugar free syrups though. Not many and odd ones... Blueberry?!
Anytime an order is done on door dash, it's wrong. The attention to detail on someone's order is not that hard.
Simple trip and got my full order of coffee, donuts, and sandwiches. Seemed pretty busy so come with some patience but don't worry it won't be long til you have some sweet goodness
Wanted maple doughnuts and they didn't have them. This Dunkin almost had the doughnuts hid which made selection difficult. No prices shown on menu signs for doughnuts. Location was on Hwy 70 between Clayton and Garner.
Wonderful customer service in the drive-though line!
