Ordered pizza and a 2 liter and it took about an hour to get here when it said about 35-45 minutes. When the guy came with the delivery he said that he had forgotten the 2 liter and would go back to the store and get it. Then another hour had gone by and he hadn’t shown back up. I called over there to see when the guy might be coming by since it was almost 11 o’clock at night and the guy that answered the phone said that he would have to give me a credit because all the drivers were already gone. I understand if you forget something but if you tell me you are going to go and get it and then come back, then I would like for the driver to honor what they said.
The manager on shift currently April 8, 2022 at 5:30( won’t give his name). Gave me a credit last week and refuses to honor if. They gave me an order of burnt pasta and refused to bring a new one but said they would credit me for the order. Now he is stating he never put the credit in and to take it up with corporate and refused to give the gm phone number. Very disrespectful person and won’t use this location again because of him. The rest of the staff is not bad at all and I was a continued customer.
Literally my favorite pizza place. I’d never order anywhere else. My food was hot and fresh when I picked it up. Tremendous customer service
I normally never leave negative reviews but I’m floored with the treatment Ive received not once but twice from the manager. Who wouldn’t tell me his name. The manager on duty is absolutely terrible and has no sense of respect. 3 weeks ago they delivered poor quality food, no sauce on the pasta that went through the oven. So it was delivered rock hard. I called multiple times over a 2 hour span just to be put on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I called back irate and told them I wouldn’t be put on hold and the manager got an attitude. Essentially told me it wasn’t his problem that the food was delivered like that and it’s the make lines problem. I told him he needs to ensure quality food before sending it out. I was a manager at dominos in Garner for years. I know how it goes when busy but the lack of respect was ridiculous. He said he would credit the account for my entire order at the end of the conversation. I called back tonight to retrieve the credit and was told there isn’t a credit on my account. I told the manager on duty which sounded like the same gentleman. And he told me again there’s no credit, my story cannot be validated. I asked for the general managers number, was told no. Asked for the franchise owners information, was told no and to take it up with corporate before hanging up on me. The quality of food and poor management is a disgrace.
This place is the worst for customer service, so unorganized. I placed an online order. waited an hour went to the store to pick it up. They stated that order wasn’t ready. Asked for a refund they said they couldn’t do that since the pizza was already placed into the oven. I tried to order from them again, I also ordered online this time only to get there they said oh it’s not been cooked yet I wait another 44 minutes just for him to come back and say we only cooked one of your pizzas they forgot to place the second one in the oven. I will not be coming back.
Called to check on the order. Answer: we are not taking orders, that’s fine I’m calling about an existing order. Young man named Jacob says sorry I can’t help you and hangs up. Then does not answer the phone when called. I get it, everyone is short staffed and good help is hard to find. Honestly though, as a business owner do better to teach your staff. The service I received was the dominos of service, what was i to expect….
We ordered a pizza & it had been over an hour & they hadn’t began to work on it, so we called & asked what was going on & was told that they had many orders & only 1 driver. I got a quote of 30 mins ETA, after 45 mins I called to just cancel the order & there was no answer after several times of calling. We left & ate at a restaurant & were 5 mins from leaving the restaurant when the pizza arrived. I will never order from here again.
Ordered the chicken bacon sandwich. Bread was overcooked. Sandwich cut unevenly. Ham was burned. Called the store and the manager blew me off. By far the worst experience.
The General manager called me very derogatory name. This place really need to be shut down it I ain’t never seen drivers and managers get by with so much and being extremely disrespectful to the customer. I can promise they want like it I have to come up there next time.
Ordered our pizzas at 5 o’clock and they did not get to our house until 9 PM when we’re we’re going to bed. I called the store multiple times with no answer. I tried to cancel my order online and all it said was for me to call the store. This was useless because no one was picking up at the store. The excuse was that they are understaffed. I understand that but if you know it’s going to take longer than the 35 to 45 minutes that it stated on the website, then you need to call your customers and let them know. We ordered from a different pizza place and got our pizzas within 30 minutes. Will never be ordering from this location again!
