I'll rate 3 stars instead of 2 because it's not entirely their fault. We waited over an hour and a half and our food still said "preparing" so I called and found out they only had one driver so they were waiting to cook it until they were ready. I appreciated that but they also didn't know when that would be so I offered to go get it myself. In exchange for a $5 delivery fee and an $8 tip, they offered me a 2 liter of Sprite. I requested brownies in addition to make up for the price difference and they agreed. I was thankful for that as well.However, I still had to go pick up the food and Dominos is only 4 star pizza to begin with (in my opinion).
I ordered dinner at 4:24, estimated delivery time was 27-37 minutes and by 5:30 my food had still not arrived. When we called the store to find out what was going on we were told our food had not even been cooked yet. We were told it was just now being prepared and would be out on the next delivery. The person who answered the phone at the store did not seem to care at all, not very good customer service. Got a test saying they were close at 6:10. By 6:20 the site says it was delivered, but nothing is delivered, so we called again and all the woman had to say was "uh-huh, it says its out" awful customer service. So here we sit, hungry...
The employee couldn't care less when I called back to complain about their new breadsticks with cheese dip. The lady simply didn't care and stated "that is how it comes". I will no longer order from this store.Where is the leadership in this store?

My wife called to ask what was wrong and they promised that the food was on the way. Another thirty minutes went by and we still hadn’t received our food. My wife subsequently followed up her initial phone call to inquire what was going on. The lady that answered phone said that they're short staffed only have one delivery driver. She offered no apologies nor anything else beyond that excuse. It’s 9:36 PM at the time of this writing and we still haven’t received our order. Had we known this we would’ve ordered Papa Johns or Blaze Pizza instead. It’s inconsequential however because we’ll never order from Dominos again particularly this location given their dishonesty, rudeness, lack of forward thinking, etc. On that note we will be advising others to stay far away.

Ordered delivery online and paid. I was called 40 mins after placing my order that they will have canceled it bc they no longer deliver there… Well who job is it to update the website… A lack of professionalism. Definitely a hit or miss with this place. Tonight was a miss, no offer was extended for the inconvenience.
I placed my order at 5:00pm & it's 7:00pm no food. I received a text at 6:30 claiming my order was on the way. I called & the lady said they're short staffed & have one delivery driver. Had I known this I would've ordered Marco's or Papa John's. Lesson learned never again.
Tonight at 6:58pm Wednesday night we ordered pizza and chicken bites 50 dollar's worth of food! Well at 8:30pm still no food! At 8:00pm wife called 3x no answer! Wife being sick made egg sandwich for dinner. At 8:50 txt food on it's way no other txt other than food being made at 7:00pm! We finally get food around 9:15-9:20pm! I guess we will have to try Papa John's or another pizza place! Someone could have called us we would understand something's but this doesn't work for me! Sad part is with wife disabled we order alot from them and always tip driver's! Maybe they will fix this issue if not I guess we won't be back!
Dominos pizza on 70 Business Hwy is absolutely the worst run business. It is bad enough their pizzas are terrible but their service is worse. They never have delivery service without waiting for hours and may still not get it. Once you order online it will show the stages of when you will get a pizza. I have never had it get off the first box saying prep and have had to go pick it up. They do not call you to notify you of their lousy service. Do not waste your money and look somewhere else that knows how to run a business.
Just okay. Nothing special. There are a lot of better places to spend your money, but if you're hungry, in a hurry, and just want Domino's then have at it.
