We were one of 5 people in line, and a few people came after us. My mom and I ordered 3 things. We were there waiting for forty five minutes, and then noticed that the people who came AFTER us were getting their orders first. When we asked the cashier about our order, he asked the employees making the food about it, and they said they completely forgot about our order. Then they rushed to make it, but there were issues. One, my salad had a long hair in it! Two, the burger was ice cold like they had left it out for hours before serving it. Three, one of our meals had a random slice of buttered bread in it... I don't even know how that happens. Four, the chicken meal fingers were so so tiny and overpriced. Look, I understand that sometimes fast food places get crowded.. but this was a 7pm on a Friday- not rush hour. There was NO reason to forget about us for that long, and the cleanliness issues that went along in our food. I honestly will never go here again, and their health code rating should go down.
I hate to complain & never do but everytime I order, pay that price my meal never looks worth the price. Looks like a kiddie meal. There's never someone to talk to just a bunch of kids running the place. I'm disappointed everytime. I go back thinking something will change. Nope...So not only that my meal is always cold and it's always dirty. The desert area ,counter etc..is disgusting I'm not sure why the sanitation says 100.
My son loves their blizzards and I got the dairy free ice cream, every thing was good but they need too have more choices of dairy free!!!
Prices are going up. Service has dropped off. They don't feel the container. The containers have gotten smaller. The ice cream is pretty good still.
This is our local Dairy Queen location.The sanitation rating is almost always 100.The line also moves fast. Taco Bell should take notes!

I always order two chili cheese hotdogs and they always do their best to make sure my order is made right. The manager is very professional and polite with customers and employees. Most restaurants around here I don't eat at any more,because they lack the quality service and food this Dairy Queen provides. I definitely will be back and am thankful for their service.

Ordered from this place today. Ordered 1 large fry and two regular fries with a cheeseburger meal. Drove off and as my kids were getting their meals from out of the bag, they informed me one order of fries were missing. I drove back to the pickup window and informed the young lady of this fact. The young lady told me she knew for a fact she had put in all my order of fries. I looked again to make sure and sure enough there were only two orders of fries.The young lady repeated herself and at this point she was clearly calling me a liar. I had to actually request to speak with a manager to rectify the situation. If you ever go to this business, please make sure to check your items before you leave the window...there's a young woman named Rachel R who works there and apparently is levitating above the rest of us mere humans and is unable tomake mistakes.
