Always great burgers here, which is why we like to eat here. Also, because of the outdoor seating, we can bring our dog. They’re always slow, but the food is usually worth it. Thursday evening, my wife and I brought our 12 year old daughter out to get the long weekend started. We sat outside with the dog, as usual. About 10 minutes after we got there, a group of guys started pulling chairs around 1 table. As usual, you get a bunch of drunk guys together, you’re going to hear some language and smell smoke. We’ve been here before. We expected that. What we didn’t expect was the content of the conversation in front of my wife and 12 year old daughter. Conversations about shaving body parts and doing things with certain body parts, in detail. It was clear that one or two of these guys were over served and still drinking. When the details of the conversation my 12 year old daughter heard were mentioned to the bartender (our waiter), he just shook his head, took my card and handed me a pen to sign. Then walked off. I waited for him, but he never came back. I handed the receipt to another customer and started walking out. Someone at the front asked me how I enjoyed my food. I told him the details and he suggested I speak to the manager. The manager made no mention of being disappointed in the bartender’s decision to ignore me and told me I needed to be aware that it is a bar, and people talk nasty when they’re drunk. If so, this is not a family friendly place, as it is advertised, and allows disgusting sexual talk around minors. I guess if you’re spending $200 at $300 on booze, common decency around a child is not expected.
We had my sons HS graduation party at Cleveland Draft House on 70 and everyone and everything was fantastic. The manger Ben was great and worked well with me to stay with my budget. The wait staff was phenomenal making sure everyone had drinks and the food was always hot ( we opted for buffet style ) I highly recommend CDH in Clayton for your next private party. Great people and delicious food. Thanks for making my sons graduation go so smoothly
Good food. But waited over an hour for food when there was no more than 6 other tables seated. When we arrived the wait staff was chatting about closing early since they were slow. Can't close early if they don't bring food. Was about to leave but food arrived. Cold steak, wrong orders. Cobb salad had 4 nuggets on it (a $5 extra charge). Plenty of wait staff around. Come on. Do better.
There were 4 in our group. We were seated And waited immediately even though they were busy. Waitress Olivia was cheerful and very helpful. Our orders were provided quickly. The food was great.
The salad was wilted. The hamburger was overcooked and the meat tasted off. The fried mushrooms would have been good if it didn't taste like old oil. We had to wait 45 minutes from the time we ordered until the food was brought to our table. I have it an extra star because the waitress was exceptional.
Usually the food is pretty good but this time it really wasn’t. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and they are normally very good but something was off with the meat. It looked like tiny pieces of ground hamburger. My husband and daughters food was about the same way. Not great but not bad. The service was ok but the food definitely was not on point today.

My wife and I don't have the time to have lunch nearly at all and service has decreased drastically in the area since the "pandemic" but we took a chance on Cleveland Draft House. Clean place, quality food, and good lunch service. A place we'd visit again for lunch or dinner.
Finally checked this place out and we'll definitely be back. The appetizers were awesome, service was outstanding, and we got to play pool. Shout out to Chris Barrett the best bar tender we've had to date. Not only did he make amazing recommendations but amazing drinks!
I came here with my boyfriend's family for game night and we ended up staying till it was game time and I loved it. The waitress was sweet and she made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious as well. I enjoyed myself and it was my first time coming there.
