I just accidentally found this place looking for another, and I have no other reason to look for the other place. The portion sizes were massive enough for my large appetite, the food was delicious, and the sweet lady helping me was very kind with my lack of knowledge of the food.
the food used to be good years ago, but now it's just bad. the chicken needs more flavor, it would be nice if the Maduros were ripe and hot...instead I got cold, hard, inedible maduros that went straight to the garbage can. then the peas were hard so I couldn't enjoy my rice at all. I'm so upset bc their food is expensive. dinner was totally ruined for my family and I.
Hands down , this is the very good carribean restaurant. You will NOT be disappointed. The price is reasonable. I always get there lunch special. The food has so much flavor and it’s so good. They give you a lot of food to be more than full. There rice is great but it can be hard and not fresh at times. The rice is flavorful but is a little crunchy like it’s been sitting. Overall great customer service . Wonderful restaurant. I go on the regular .

We are new to the area and this is our first time here. From the food to the staff everything was phenomenal.
My family and I had dinner from this restaurant on a visit to Clayton and every one of the dishes we ordered was absolutely delicious: roast pork, steak and onions, veggie empenadas, Cuban pork sandwich, fried plantains, cabbage, rice, beans, flan... Everything was top notch! Highly recommend all the food this sweet lady makes! We were helped by the owner herself and she was the nicest. We will definitely be dining at Caribbean Delight again when we come back to town. If you're local, or just passing through like us, do yourselves a favor and check this place out!
Hands down one of the best places for Caribbean food around. The staff is friendly, the food is great, the place is clean and neat. Must try their ox-tail, pernil and empanadas!
Authentic Dominican flavor! The staff is great also! I have gone 3 Saturdays in a row and I live 40 minutes away
