Burgers were good but the overall size fir the amount paid is not that great. Delicious taste. Fast service. The cashier that took my order was awesome and helpful and I appreciate that very much.
We have been regular customers at the Clayton restaurant. Today, 2/20/2022 we received the worst order ever. My regular hamburger was flat. The worst were the French fries! They have Always been real good. Today they were loaded with grease (the bag was soaked with grease) and very salty. I only ate a few. We are going elsewhere. Nena Edwards
Great food poor service. Young lady taking my order wasn't very friendly. Forgot half of my order. Just can't find them like you used too.
First time going and my order was all messed up. My burger was slightly pink still (also didn’t have correct toppings) and chicken fingers were extremely greasy. Best thing was the fries.

Overcook meats are the norm. Just don’t understand why a main item on a menu is constantly overcooked. And for the price they charge it ought to be spot on. IMOPlace was very clean tonight and staff is helpful and friendly.
Disappointing to say the least. Stopped by the Char-Grill Clayton last night, normally a good and pleasant experience. Not this time. Too start the staff, around 5 young teenagers were all yelling and laughing at each other very loud. My order taker acted like we were bothering her. She ended up getting our order wrong and didn't add cheese to my wife's hamburger. When our order was called had to request our milkshakes which we already paid for. Tables in dinning area were all dirty, opted to eat outside. Also, gave wife a medium shake when she requested a small. We live in Clayton and visit this location on a regular basis, blame the lack of help, I blame the quality of your help. May need to have a responsible adult on duty running the shifts.
