Early this week I got a Whopper with cheese small combo and noticed that the taste of the pickles seemed way off from normal. Has Burger King switched pickle companies and if so I would suggest switching back. Thinking it was maybe my taste buds I had my wife try it and she said the same thing. Aunt Bee's kerosene pickles was the first thing to come to mind when I took that first bite.
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat stood at the register or at least 5 minutes before anybody could take my order literally nobody in the store at this time after my order was placed the customer behind me had to wait another 5 minutes before he could get his order placed after they placed his order they gave him a puny burrito that was half the size of the one I ordered then they had an attitude and after remaking it threw his order down on the counter smh worst customer service ever
I ordered through the drive thru, only to find out that my 8 year old's order wasn't in there and paid for it. Everyone got to eat except him. I tried calling, but nobody picks up the phone. Very disappointed!! If you guys read this (employees working on 4/20/22), I'm sure you remember forgetting to include an order of 8 piece nuggets, order #49??? You owe my son a meal!
The crew at this location are young, immature and think playing around with your food is cool and ok. The whole crew need to be replaced. BTW don't think I am going to stop here with this review.
The food taste much better then McDonalds, the drive thru is quicker then McDonalds too. I would of gave 5 stars but the Milkshake machine is always down.
Out driving for door dash on New Years Eve and I got an order for this Burger King. I arrived at 9:15 but the doors were locked so I went to the drive thru. I saw three people in the window who looked my way and ignored me at first. When one of them finally come to the window she said they had closed an hour ago. The sign on the door says they close at 10pm New Years Eve.
Excellent and friendly staff! The store manager, Nalelli, was so sweet. She made fresh fries as she always does for my friend Stephen. ☺️
Sat in drive through 16 mins while open no answer
The single worst experience every time I come here, but tonight.. waited for 20 mins to get to the order drive through. Sat for another 10 minutes without anyone saying anything to me after multiple times letting them know someone was waiting.. always mess up the order or forget something. Done. I will never waste my time or money there.
No matter how long the line it goes fast ! Great staff
