Called and ordered pizza on phone. The lady didn't understand English well so she got the time wrong. Instead of 4:30 the food was not ready until 5:00 p.m, even after telling me it would be 10 minutes. We were not the only ones having order issues. Learn English and change your attitude.
Staff is awesome. Management is Awesome. Food is awesome.The owner asked me why I always smile when I inspect my pizzas before leaving. I told her it was due to constant issues I had at a competitor. We order from here at least once a week and the fact that the owner is paying attention to customers inspecting their pizzas shows what level of service you will get here. I continue to get exactly what I order and it's consistently delicious. Let's face it nobody is perfect but I have no doubt that if my streak of perfect orders ends they will handle it with professionalism and kindness.
We love the pizza at Big Cheese, so good. The owners are also great! We have been buying pizza from Big Cheese for several years and are always greeted so kindly. The restaurant is also very clean! Great place ??
Pizza is pretty good, but very very greasy. People were very nice.
The owners and staff are always pleasant, and greet you with a smile everytime. Their pizza is steps above dominoes, pizza hut, Papa John's. The dough is soft while maintaining body, the cheese has great texture, and it's not greasy. I will definitely be a returning customer.
For a "whole in the wall" this pizza is ?!! Anyone who's eaten it for a party I've thrown has always complimented on it and asked where I got it from. I think their sauce is what makes it so good, the cheese is not hard, and the crust is always so nice and fluffy. It's not NY pizza lol but it's pretty dang good if you ask me!! And to boot, you cant really beat the price!!
This is my family’s favorite fast service pizza place. The pizzas always taste great and are made with fresh ingredients. Service is fast and friendly. Online ordering directly through their website is smooth as well. Much better than the little Roman guys pizza.

OMG!!!! The pepperoni pizza was AMAZING!!! The staff greeted me so well I felt so welcomed. Definitely the spot for some great tasting pizza! Will come back again!!
Pizza is fresh! I've tried all other pizza places and this one tops them all because it doesn't make me sick. Owners are cool! Had a pizza made incorrectly and they fixed it and kept their word. That goes to show they take pride in their customers! Great customer service!! Besides one of the employees that hung up the phone on me. I have been coming here since last year of September 2021. Pizza is awesome and it's not burnt either that is what I like and it's soft.
