Just don't do it. Ice cream was bitter....why?
Hey Baskin Robbins, I ordered a cake from the clayton, NC location and it was supposed to be Jamoca because it does NOT have nuts in it. It ended up being Jamoca Almond Fudge and my wife is very allergic to nuts! You couldn't tell there was nuts until it was too late. How could this have happened?
Staff was very polite and even for as busy as they where. I use to work in the service field, it is easy to become flustered and forget little things like manners. Not here, they where both kind and hard working.
This is a combined baskin Robin's/ dunking donuts. I was unimpressed. They had no hot fudge and apparently haven't in a while. Felt like they had the bare minimum of flavors.Facility was reasonably clean, but understaffed. Staff was very friendly.I do not expect to go back again.
Food is always cold! I've ordered from here twice off of door dash and the food has always gotten to me very cold, soggy, and gross. I would understand if I lived far away but I'm 5 to 10 minutes away from the store. Idk if there making the food early and bagging it up or what but I feel like my food should at least be semi-warm.
Smoothies And Ice Cream, Why Not!
It's always something at this place. Always. Either they're out of hot fudge, so no hot fudge sundae. Or they're out of VANILLA scooped ice cream. Really? Vanilla? Or they decided to clean their machines early 15 minutes before closing and wouldn't make a milkshake. Today they left out a third of my order that I didn't discover until I got all the way home and had to go back. I'm done with them, not worth the aggravation.
The cones were stuck together because they were old. The cookie dough was stale. Worst experience every. The gentleman serving was very nice but that is it. He even said the cones are stale.
Hours say they are open until 7 p.m. I pulled up at 6:20 and ordered some ice cream and was told that they were no longer serving ice cream or iced drinks because they had closed certain sections down early. They should serve until closing and then clean up after that. There's no reason almost an hour before closing to refuse service to customers.
