Fast service don't eat there alot but food was pretty good line wasn't around the building like everywhere else
I’m generally pretty easy going but the girl at the drive-thru window tonight was probably one of the absolute rudest people I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I won’t be back to this location for a LONG time. I know workers are hard to find at the moment but I’d rather see this place shut down than hire people who are insanely rude to their customers.
They are slow mid afternoon and can never seem to either forget the cheese on a roast beef and cheddar or my daughter's nuggets
Ordered the corned beef sandwich did not look anything like the picture on the menu board and I had to ask for sauces on the side. When I got home, my mistake for not checking before leaving because the high school kid working the window couldn't focus long enough to put condiments in the bag or napkins for that matter. ???
Not being from the area and no other cars in the parking lot when I arrived, it was difficult to determine if the dinning room was open. A quick look through the window revealed it was not closed. A quick order and in minutes were eating lunch! Friendly staff and a clean facility.
I ordered 3 Chicken Bacon Ranch deli sandwiches and 3 orders of curly fries. I hate to be that person holding up the drive thru so I just go once I am handed the order. Only 2 sandwiches.
2nd time we’ve been here and we’re disappointed. Meat was cold in sandwiches, onions on brisket sandwich were rubbery and seemed ok. Just not happy with the restaurant anymore.
Omgosh—I wish I could rave about hot beef and tasty fries, but the roast beef was “lunch meat cold” around the edges, and barely lukewarm in the middle. Can’t imagine how they served such a cold sandwich…was it sitting out? Did they forget to boost it? Was it in the refrigerator? Idk. Mystery. I was so hungry after a long trip that I ate it anyway. I hope I don’t get food poisoning. The fries tasted rancid…like very old grease in the fryer. They were inedible…ended up in the garbage. $20 for two fast food meals is too much for the meals to be old/poor quality. I didn’t mind the extremely slow service, or the fact that straws and napkins were omitted…but cold meat and rancid fries were deal-breakers.
Ordered the Corn beef Ruben. Just a clump of a little bit of meat in the middle and of soggy bread. No sauerkraut. Most of their sandwiches show no know how to make a proper sandwich. Meat needs to be spread out evenly across the bread. As a 50+ year cook I have put up with this long enough. Teach your employees better. It doesn’t take any more time to do it properly enough. Richmond VA’s Arby’s were better.
Good sandwiches, French Fries are terrible. They should switch to chip in a bag.McDonald's has nothing to worry about Arbys stealing its Fry business.
