There was a small error with my order and when I took it back, Justin took care of me. He did a great job of making me feel important and heard. The customer service was amazing and solutions were made extremely fast. Thank you Justin and Team working at 1:30pm on a Friday.
(DISCLAIMER: THE CURRENT 3.2 RATING IS WELL DESERVED). This was my worst Zaxby’s experience yet. Every time I have ordered from this restaurant there has been an issue with my food. Most recently I tried calling and after about 4-5 attempts at reaching someone nobody answered. They let the phone ring until the call was cancelled. This is unacceptable. IF YOU WANT ZAXBY’S DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT.Also, they are probably going to put the same generic text as they do with all unfavorable reviews, so when I go and call to speak with your general manager (who probably isn’t even their) please pickup this time around. I would say thank you but it seems to be missing.
Really clean, great food and great service! This was our first time ever at a Zaxbys and the manager Pedro absolutely won us over. He was awesome! Walked us through the menu options and we loved his recommendations. Great GM. We will be back to this Zaxbys!
They make their own hours, I was told they are closed on a Saturday at 2:15pm. They only had chicken tenders and the customer service is subpar.
I live in the area of this location but I have only ate here once in the last couple of years and I was reminded why during my recent visit because the food was not good. I had been eating at this location for years but the food just got so bad over the years I probably will not be eating here anymore which is sad because I used to love the tenders and would eat here regularly.
I work at DoorDash they have a sign outside that says online deliveries park come inside your order is ready. When I got inside I saw another door dasher saying why can’t you give me my food and they were explaining that they have to go through the drive-through I said the food is on the table I saw both of our orders sitting there and the guys like I can’t hand you the food you have to go through drive-through and I said well that’s stupid and then canceled the order. The drive-through was wrapping around the building and NOT moving people halfway in the line were giving up and leaving terrible experience very unprofessional and when I tried to call them they let the phone ring and one time they just hung up on me. Never again
The gentleman with the blonde hair at the drive thru today was such a character, he made that entire visit a blast. I haven't seen him here previously but whatever you're paying him...it's not enough!!!!! I've been to this location many times and have never received such great service! Thank you for making a dark day so much better!
The worst Zaxbys in my area. Every time I go to this location, there are long waits and the food is really old. It used to be a great location but I think there is new ownership in the last few years. It has really gone downhill.
We went thru the drive thru and wanted wings and.. Guess what.. They were out of wings. No cookies, no sprite.. The excuse was... We waiting on a truck. ?? Why are you in operation.. If the key ingredient.. The wings... You don't have any.. You should teach the employees to not get SNIPPY to your customers if we're ordering and and they're saying ohhh we out, ohh we don't have that either... Ughhhh wthVery disappointed.That location is going down hill quick.
I live in the area i love zaxbys but I’ll tell you what this zaxbys always suck 2pm 1/16/21 too much to write all the time and i like zaxbys but they’re are horrible
