Morning staff has some nasty attitudes can’t ring up your order correct and make you too scare to ask for it properly Because you never know which way their eyes are going to roll. It’s like they’re being forced to work against their wills. Definitely needs a different opening team current ones are not morning people. Or people people.
Poor customer service. Too many minors working with disrespectful mouths & attitudes. The manager who I tried to speak to about my complaint hung up on me. She couldn’t even speak like an adult because she was a minor too. Don’t waste your time or your money at this business. I filed a complaint at corporate in ATL. I never heard back from a manager or store owner.
I had ordered a 6 finger plate with fries and coleslaw and they accidentally forgot the coleslaw. When I went back around to the speaker, they gave me an attitude and told me that I ordered toast instead of coleslaw which is not true because my receipt said coleslaw. They also said that I would have to pay extra for the coleslaw. I went to the window and showed them my receipt and instead of apologizing for the mistake, they told me to take the box out of the bag and open it so that they could see it for themselves that I was missing the coleslaw. This was very disappointing since I have never had to show anyone “proof” that I was missing an item. I definitely won’t be returning here. Not to mention, these workers did all of this over coleslaw, it makes zero sense.
Ghetto customer service I will not be going to this location again. The younger kids that work here have terrible manners and customer service skills suck! Do better and treat people with some respect! People take their food seriously!
My wife and I came today march 15 at around 8:30 pm and grabbed a couple of salads came all the way home all to find a big hair in my food I don’t stay close to the store to just come back it was just a waste of money
I drove over there to pick up dinner and was told in the drive-thru that there were no side salads but they had the house salads. So I decided to get a house salad instead. Then when I got around to the window, I was told that there were not any salads at all. I didn’t appreciate being given misleading information. I feel like if you knew you didn’t have any salads at all, I should have been told that from the beginning while I was in the drive-thru instead of at the window.
One of the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been too… This location has been the worst!!!! I went here on Saturday for boneless wings and one traditional both were boneless these girls at the drive thru have to be the worst attitudes ever so ghetto so unclean and not having masks on for safety!!
Awful location. Horrible service. Have tried doing app orders multiple times here and every time they claim they didn’t get it and act like they are inconvenienced because they have to make your food. I recommend taking the extra time and driving to the Mint Hill location.
So the day before Thanksgiving we visited there and the food was waxbys.... Not Zaxbys... However the manager did offer to replace both meals and indeed did replace them however when it came to the drinks, (because i love soda).. I think I'm owed something...... The manager was sure to communicate to me that the meals will be replaced but not my drinks now mind you we were there a couple of nights before the day I was getting the replacement meals. Nevertheless in terms of fluid ounces I'm still thirsty because we all know those cups are filled with ice but then more importantly I'm an unsatisfied customer who's two meals were prepared and properly why would you go back and forth with me with such disdain I thought the drinks were a part of the meal but forget about the fact that it would have been just the right thing to do I asked for a cup of water and she wouldn't give you that. I don't understand why they take things personally like that I never made any mention of the staff or anything like that I know mistakes happen but at the same time she should have maybe tried to sell me a milkshake or something instead of refusing to make me a drink
I drove 15 mins to get Zaxbys on my lunch break just to get back to my desk and see my food was not properly boxed nor made the tenders were the size of my thumb literally and obviously were sitting out too long before they put it in my box. As you can tell from the picture my bread wasn’t even toasted and was laying on top of my wings! I’m very disgusting with zaxbys and that’s hard for me to say because I normally enjoy the food there. And I won’t even go into how bad my coworker food was..smh
