The drive-thru cashier was extremely polite and informed they were short staffed , which I appreciated. The food was delicious and everything was correct. Hopefully they’ll get more staff soon
How is this place even still open? Only open until 7pm and you can no longer order through a drive thru? Only mobile orders? And with that, you still don't receive food at a decent time as their is a line of cars waiting to pick up orders. What kind of business is this then? This is clearly not fast food anymore.
No one was there running the drive thru at 6pm. Just wanted some chicken, left hungry. This tragedy will not be forgotten and will ring out through the ages
Placed an online order at 2:40 PM. Called inside at 3:02 and was told my food would be brought out to me. After waiting 15 minutes, I called back to be told they were waiting on a kiddie finger and had no idea when it would be ready. I ended up going through the drive thru to pick up my food and was handed cold food. I asked that my food be made over as I had already waited 28 minutes. I was asked to pull forward and waited an additional 8 minutes to be brought an order that was incorrect! I will NOT order ahead ever again!!!!!
We placed a curbside order thru the app. We were ten minutes late and our food still wasn't ready, their phones either weren't working or they weren't answering them. Our food was wrong when we finally did get it, in addition to being cold. The salad we ordered was missing items. We received no utensils. Others were also left standing around waiting for someone to answer the door to bring their food, one woman was standing around for several minutes just waiting for zax sauce. This isn't the first time we've had a poor experience here, but it's definitely the worst experience we've ever had. Don't waste your time or money.
Awful setup they could do better when they're unlimited staff and they don't have the restaurant open they could do better to help with deliveries waiting 15 minutes to find out that their system is down while you're sitting in the curbside trying to call the restaurant and not good
If I could give 0 stars I would. How do you send food out your window and not make sureEVERYTHING is there? Oh, right, you’re short staffed! That’s absolutely NOT AN EXCUSE! I paid $15 for a salad thru door dash and there was absolutely no dressing or plastic ware! Sam, the manager, said I’m sorry we are short staffed. I can replace your salad! Ma’am I have the salad and no dressing!! You can’t blame being short staffed for missing items! You can blame being short staffed on taking a long time to feel orders. Do better!
This is one of the slowest restaurant I’ve been to the line always long. I decided to come today what a terrible mistake. I been in line for bout a hr Which is so ridiculous I’ll never come to this location again!!
This is the worst location I've ever been to in my life. They are always slow. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time and still ended up waiting to get my order. And they have the nerve to have the inside closed probably because they know the service sucks.
Can't order here. Won't take drive through orders. Fine Ill order online on my phone, nope can't order for today can only order ahead for tomorrow. It's 2 pm. just go ahead and shut down if you're not going to serve food.
