I was disappointed. However, I was with the kids and nothing bothers me when we're together. The only thing was a lack of accommodation after they refused one of their own specials. I simply turned around and was glad to pay full price for myself, my daughter, & my students. We were hungry after a long day at school. Still a 4 but not a 5Do not post specials that are not able to be honored. Thanks.
I just went through the drive-through it is April 26 it’s about 430 and I had the best experience with KWANSSA ❤️ She really made my day with her beautiful personality and smile. It just felt good to get great customer service. That’s so hard to find nowadays. Make sure to let her know how she made my day.
Zaxbys charged me 2.00 for this one cookie. Never again! I could have purchased a bag of cookies for the same size and price and it took over 30 minutes in the drive thru. I feel like I wasted my money. No more Zaxbys for me I’m done!
This location gave the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE. I used the app to order a curbside pickup. I was 5 minutes early so I wasn’t surprised when I called the number on the curbside side sign and they said it wasn’t ready yet. What was surprising was that 40 minutes later (yes 40 MINUTES!!)I was STILL sitting in the spot waiting. I finally walked in, and 10 minutes later someone waited on me. I told them I had been waiting for a curbside order and the girl goes over to the counter, gets the order and says “yeah it’s been ready, but you have to come in for curbside orders”. I’m sorry what?!! The whole reason for “curbside” is so that the order is brought out. The person who answered the call when I got there said absolutely NOTHING about having to come inside. There were multiple employees standing around in the back who clearly saw me parked in the CURBSIDE. There is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for making a customer wait almost an hour and then tell them it’s been ready and it’s your fault the order took so long because they don’t want to do the job they’re getting paid for. If this is the kind of “service”they are going to offer people, then this location should be shut down. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done!
I placed my order at 7:14 PM. I was given an estimated pick up time of 7:23. I arrived at 7:30, waited 5 minutes and asked about my order. I was told the kitchen was working on it.At 7:45, I explained that I placed my order over 30 minutes ago and I was still waiting. I was again told the kitchen was working on my order.By 8:00 PM I watched several people order at the register and get their food before me. So I calmly explained how long I had been there. I was then asked for my name, and I watched them pull my ticket to start working on my order after being told twice the kitchen was working on my order!I finally was handed my order at 8:20, 1 hour and 6 minutes after placing my order…I waited at the restaurant for 50 minutes or more, was lied to, and ignored while other people were served like royalty. This entire experience was absurd and completely unacceptable.
I get that there’s a shortage of workers and to be patient with those who did come to work. But the employees at this location are just God-awful. They are literally standing in the kitchen just talking instead of taking peoples orders. I waited at the order box for 15 mins with a growing line behind me before driving around just to see them through the window standing around talking amongst each other, and not taking any orders at all…. Corporate needs to do a serious revaluation about this locations future because this is not it.
No one is taking the drive thru orders, I called and they told me that I couldn’t place an order over the phone, but there were only 3 people working diligently. Mind you I am in the drive thru with a car in front of me from 8:30 until 8:45 Then asked to wait. I notice that there are no other cars in front of me or inside so I move ahead to the window and see all 3 employees standing talking to each other. Very bad experience!
I preordered my meal on DoorDash to go pick it up myself. Thinking it was a walk in , walk out process . But no , I waited for my food for 1 1/2 . That should’ve been done no longer then 20 mins after preordering online. Very upset because when I finally got my food the order was wrong!I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK
I have literally waited the past 2 times going to this location no less than 45 min EACH!!! There is NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. This is FAST FOOD not a restaurant
Terrible service every time I come to this location. They can’t even make a salad right so simple chicken, blue cheese, and Buffalo sauce. They smoke so much weed here you can smell it through the window. Maybe why they can’t comprehend simple words like chicken, blue cheese, and Buffalo sauce. I went back in to have the salad remade correctly the girl was so rude, they made it again and left off the blue cheese this time!
